Received a letter from McClure Realtors attorney, attorney, Terry Hagin, which upon reading it, is so hilarious and unprofessional. My complaint to the BBB was that Attorney Hagin refused to provide me a copy of the 18 yr Management Agreement I had with McClure. His long winded lengthy 2page letter didn’t even respond to this complaint.
My second complaint to the BBB was that Attorney Hagin was not allowing me to to audit the funds expensed during the 18 years of invoices. Again, he would not respond saying that I didn’t need to audit them. So, I’m now going to the Texas Real Estate Commission.
SO, PLEASE DO USE TERRY HAGIN AS AN ATTORNEY… He’s unprofessional and you are only wasting your time.

We receive our monthly checks on time every month. Issues have been repaired quickly and cost effectively, and on our inspection we are happy with the repairs made. McClure Mgmt. has managed my parents home in Abilene since 1998 when they re-​located to Georgia. My Dad was a vet of two wars, former member of the Military Affairs Committee and helped design Dyess AFB Hospital. All our military tenants were very pleased with the management provided by McClure. My parents often spoke highly of Mrs. Hagin and her capable staff.
McClure Mgmt. has managed my former home in Abilene since 1994 when I re-​located to NYC for business. My home is an older home which has required numerous repairs through the years. McClure has been diligent in only using licensed repair technicions and gladly sent me photos of any cosmetic changes made to my property. I recommend McClure Management and Keller Williams/​McClure Realtors to anyone re-​locating to the Abilene metro area and to any property owners seeking flawless management of their investment.

I’ve used McClure to manage a small property for several years. As a military member with multiple deployments, I’ve had numerous SNAFUs with the staff of this sub-​par organization. They change staff on a frequent basis, and never let me know who is managing my property. So I can write to one person and get a reply from a second, or no reply at all, and then use the second person as a POC for another issue the next month only to «meet» a third person and be told person 2 had some tragic accident or something. Always drama. Twice now they haven’t noticed that a check hasn’t gone through and I’ve had to follow up myself to figure out where it is. There’s always surprise on the other end. How they don’t notice a check didn’t clear is beyond me, but it’s always a chase. Right now it’s the 7^th of July and I’m still waiting on June rent. They’ve hired contractors who aren’t licensed/​insured to do work on my house, which is falling apart after only a couple of years. I would steer VERY clear of McClure if I were a military member looking for a property management agent!
