I’d be cautious buying a warranty from them, you have to go through a few 1800 numbers before it takes forever for them to send you a gift card for what you paid for it. When I was sold the warranty they made it seem like it was easy to replace headphones in the store, and of course a few months later after they break it’s insanity to try to get new ones… big waste of time and money. I’m taking my future purchases to best buy or radio shack where i’ve never had problems getting broken products replaced after purchasing their protection plans.

I absolutely love the discounts they offer for back to school. Stocking up on pencils, binders, dividers and such is a lot more satisfying here than it is at walmart (chaotic on any given day and panic-attack leading during back to school days) or target.
I have always found what i came looking for. And, always having promos and discounted items is always positive.
I am not assigning a full 5 star rating because, like previous reviewers mentioned, i do not like the serpentine (filled with candies and useless knick knacks) one is forced to go through to be able to checkout. Trying, to keep kids out of those bins can prove challenging.

Great customer service, every time I walk into this place, I’m greeted by a friendly staff, eager to help me find what I need. Plus, I’ve gotten some pretty cool deals from here that were reduced from the original price.

Ok, there are good reasons for 5 stars. First, large format store with full selection. But more importantly, it is Location! I come in from behind the store on the North and leave that way too. Buffalo Gap can be very difficult to get across to enter or exit. Unlike the new store in town, you can be trapped in the parking lot for a long time trying to get out. Office Depot has great selection, well stocked and staff on hand asking can they help you find items. Cleanliness 5/5, service ⁵⁄₅. My only issue is the mandatory serpentine exit isle to run you by candies and odds and ends. I am a rewards member and get discount cards in the mail.
