They will rip you off in a heart beat. They cost way to much compared to other companies and are unprofessional and will try to sale u a new unit instead of a cheap repair

I had them install my A/​C system in my new home nearly 11 years ago with a super high efficiency unit that they recommended. Our utility bills have been modest compared to friends bills during the summer, and winter months. The unit came with a full 10 year warranty, and service that I’m glad we got… The unit had it’s first breakdown last week and they were at my home the same day, and had us cooling again within 2 hours at no charge! I will be using them again when it is time to replace my unit because of their value.
1÷15÷16… I decided to remove my 12 year old heat pumps and go back with high efficiency propane furnaces, and 20 seer a/​c units. Quailty did a great job, was very careful, and respectful with my home and family. Our electric bill dropped considerably, and the gas heat is so much warmer… This is a great company. We told them we were leaving for a dinner date right in the middle of their job, and our daughter would be home. They immediately loaded up and left, and said no problem we will return tomorrow to finish about an hour worth of work. They didn’t want us to feel uncomfortable with men in the house with our daughter. (which we didn’t with these gentlemen) So professional! I feel I get great value for every dollar I spend with this company!

Needed a service call for a/​c repair. Office called ½ hour before appt to remind us, and tech Adam arrived exactly on time. Diagnosed problem quickly and made repair efficiently. Impressed with service and attitude, and office followed up with a phone call the next day to check on service. Recommended business immediately to friend also needing service that day! (this was for our home on Lakeview Rd in Abilene, Texas)
