This review is 12 yeats late… but there wasn’t Unilocal at that time. Despite all of the supposed accolades that he boasts of on his website, Randy Wilson is a liar and a thief!
I retained his services in late June 2002 for my divorce. I flew in from out of state and sat in his office where he verbally berated me about my penchant to talk too much therefore endangering the case. By the way this was our FIRST meeting and I had spoken for all of five minutes… Great customer relations Randy!
I heeded his advice in court and allowed him to «protect me» as I was made very aware was «his job» in his gawdy office the night before. Myself and my father were left to be abused and brow beaten by opposing counsel while Randy Wilson almost slept though the proceedings not, objecting or protecting us at all!
After the judge crucified me in open court, I asked Randy Wilson what the hell happened? His response «Well you win some, you lose some… now there is a matter of the rest of my fee» Can you believe the balls on this guy?
End result: I have not seen my son regularly at all in 12 years. I have gone through intense emotional distress and I have to go back to court and try and re-​assert my rights… Thanks alot Randy! You should be ashamed of yourself!
