Toby’s Westside Pizzeria

Wife and I have been craving a really good pizza for ages and came across this listing. $ 20 for a 16″ Supreme and sodas is quite reasonable and absolutely delicious. Plenty of toppings and super cheesy, made our pizza dreams come true.

Great pizza and great prices. 5.99 for a cheese pizza can’t be beat! A great hidden gem of Abilene. I will be back!

Good local pizza parlor. I had hoped to try One of their specials but they had run out of Italian sausage… So I went with the Hawaiian special. It had lots of Canadian bacon, pineapple and cheese
The sauce was very tasty and full of flavor. The crust was very good and full of flavor as well. My only issue was the crust was a little under cook for me. I’d like a very crispy crust. So I cooked it for a little bit longer when I got home and my problem was solved. I would much rather it be under cooked then overcooked. It did not take away from the quality or the taste of the pizza… I would’ve been perfectly fine eating it as it was prepared. However it went from good to great after I cooked it for a few more minutes.
If you’re looking for a good local pizza spot that is not part of the chain garbage, you owe it to yourself to check out this hidden gem on 7^th and Leggett.

Absolutely the best pizza in Abilene. And not only good, but very reasonable prices. It’s the only place I go for pizza anymore. Reminds me of the pizza I used to get in NY as a kid.

If you want real good pizza. I mean real pizza. Look no further than Tobys. Great friendly staff. Support your local business. It’s also the best pizza I have had since I left NY.

Very small location, easy to miss. I tried the Toby’s Special. Very good, perfect crust. They also gave me a slice of the Carne Asada w/​Chipotle sauce which was excellent. I will return.

Good pizza, and the customer service is great! Very nice guy. Tiny place though. So wouldn’t recommend it for like a family night out. More of a lunch place or pick it up and take it home for dinner. They didn’t have any of the dessert pinwheels, but they looked amazing from the pictures. Hope to try one soon.

Great crust, real cheese, sauce has lots of flavor, great meat portions, great price.
We sat at the little table to enjoy a slice of our 14″ Supreme with jalapenos hot out of the oven. It’s pretty warm near the big picture window inside the small business, even with the ceiling fan blowing.
Next time, I’ll try the pinwheel dessert (like a cinnamon roll but with a fruit filling). To go.
They deliver for $ 3.

Excellent pizza, amazing Pinwheels. Small dining area only a couple tables and bar stools for New York style dining. Most people get pizza to go, but this is delicious. I make pizza at home and this is very close so I am glad they can save me the time and mess!!! Very affordable food with fast service!!! One of the best Pizza I have had in the U.S. ! Good people here also! Will highly recommend you stop by and get a slice, some pinwheels or a couple whole pies!!!

Enjoyed the brief time I was there to pick up my lunch. It was small, but cozy. Great service and food. Enjoyed and will be a returning customer. Great prices.

Seriously the best pizza in Abilene! Not too much sauce, not too much cheese (as if that were possible), not too much bread and just a perfect amount of seasoning. I’m glad to have a great pizza shop in Abilene.

Don’t know why the positive reviews here. Average crust with so so sauce and way to much cheese. Ordered a veggie pizza and it had sausage on it and not much veggies. If you like a thin tasteless crust bland sauce and way too much cheese this is the spot. First two times I went by during business hours it was closed. Once at 1:15 on Wed. next at 1:25 on Friday. Supposed to be open till 2. Next time they were open at 12:45 on a Tuesday

Best pizza in Abilene. I spent a few years of my life in NYC, and this is the closest to a slice of pizza-​pie from the big apple. Great value, especially at lunch. Two slices and a drink at lunch time is under five dollars. The owner is very nice and asked us if our meal was ok, and genuinely cared about his business. Also, a large pizza is enough to feed three people. The only complaint I have is that there is no restroom and no tap water in a cup. I would recommend this place to anyone. Great place to get an authentic slice.

Coworkers and I went for lunch. For under $ 5 I got two huge slices — pepperoni and sausage — and a bottled soda. The crust is crunchy, the sauce is perfect and the cheese. Y’all. The CHEESE. I definitely give this place 2 thumbs up. My friends both got a 14″ pizza with one topping and a drink and paid around $ 8.50 AND they took half of the pie home. Amazing pizza at a fantastic price. The owner also let us have a slice of his new curry pizza. YUM.

First of all, this is a new local business and I love local restaurants vs. Chain restaurants. I called in a large 14″ pepperoni pizza, and it was only $ 8. That’s about what I pay anywhere else for just a regular pepperoni pizza, but the cheese on this pizza has to be the best I’ve ever had. Its so melty and gooey and amazing. The sauce is deeeeelicious. I love everything about this pizza. I’m so happy they opened !!! Come support this local business !!! The cheese is amazing and I am in love with the sauce. Only downfall, no ranch. :(lol.

Found out about Toby’s on. where else Unilocal!Thanks Eliza. Ordered my favorite for take out and off we go. It’s pretty small, maybe room for 10 to eat in. Toby came out front and talked to me. Really nice guy. The pizza is the way I like it, thin crust. Don’t know if thick is available. Plenty of toppings and lots of cheese. A couple of bucks more than the forgettable chains, but a couple of bucks cheaper than the Abilene «pizza gods». I really liked it and will be back.
