Worst lying company I’ve ever seen, paying for weeks of no service, told me I had to wait 4 days to get services, then the technical guy didn’t show up, said they were sorry it got canceled, then said he’d b here monday, then their screwed up system changes it to Saturday and I would be credited, then tech support said there was no record of my calls or the ten times they called and wouldn’t let me answer their calls, and they don’t open till 10 or you can’t get a hold of the tech support on the road to get your service appointment fixed, but said somehow if an appointment canceled then they call, but it won’t let me answer, can’t say what I really feel
