Got a decent price on a Sony Reciever, but had to call three times to get tracking info. When the product arrived, it was ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PACKING I had ever seen. The Sony box was packed in a larger box with a small piece of foam tossed in — so the Sony packaging was just bouncing around inside their box. Luckily, Sony did a better job of packing than they did and the receiver worked.
Interestingly, the shipping label came from a company called ADI in Elk Grove Village, IL with the Digital Plaza Direct in the «Bill To» section. The order date on the invoice was dated six days later than my order. They’re some type of reseller.
I’m glad there wasn’t any problems getting my product, because the experience of buying through them doesn’t seem to be top notch.
