I went into ecig barn in June with the intentions to buy a ecig device to quit smoking and these guys helped me figure out what was best for me to do it. You can sit down and try all the favors and these guys are very helpful! I’ve been off cigarettes since June & feel much better!!! I haven’t found an ecig juice yet that has a flavor as good as these flavors! Thanks guys!

I shop at ecig pretty regularly and most of the time I’ve had great experiences. Staff I’ve come in contact with have been friendly and helpful. The last two times I went, however, I was not so satisfied. There was a young man working there who really just seemed to be bothered by the fact that he had to pull himself away from his buddies who were hanging out at the shop to come help a customer. He doesn’t seem to be too knowledgeable and is all about quickly getting a transaction done. Probably so he can go back to just hanging out with friends, filling the air with flavorful vapor. Not so sure I will continue going there.

Went in last week to get my first vape mod. Everyone was really helpful in explaining the differences between them. I ended up going with a paragon mod it’s amazing and the staff is amazing keep up the good work! Also great variety of unique liquids and plenty of starter vapes and mods to choose from

Came in here tonight with a vape given to me by a friend, I needed new coils but was so unsure how to do it. The store looks intimidating from the outside but I can not say enough good things about the staff! They were super friendly first of all & extremely helpful, built my new coils in no time! I came in with a bunch of silly questions but they were awesome about each one! I will DEFINITELY be taking all of my buisness here from now on

As good as it gets when it comes to vape stores. Manager is awesome over there, and all staff are very friendly. Staff even let me return a cheap vape I bought by printing me a new receipt, thats going above and beyond for customer service. 5 stars all day for Abington E-Cig Barn

I went to the Abington store yesterday to pick up some supplies. I gotta say I really enjoy going there. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. They take the time to explain things and answer all of my questions. I’m always provided with a lot of information which I really appreciate. It’s nice to know as much as possible about the products I am purchasing. Keep up the great work!

All of the ecig barns are great. I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year. I mainly go to there fall river location. They do nothing but take care of me and help me out. I’ve never had a problem that they didn’t resolve. They’ve taught me how to build coils and sub ohm safely. They also make there own juice with nothing but the best ingredients that are available. There little monster and walken dead juices are my two favorites and ive haven’t found anything that compares. If your a serious vaper or someone looking to start out they have everything you need and they are very knowledgeable on all there products. They’ll also help you out if you got a problem with something you bought elsewhere. I highly recommend checking out the barn.

This place is probably one of the best shops in mass. The guys that work there are always chill they actually help you out with certain problems your ecig has, and just the atmosphere there is chill. Dont get me started on the flavors too, i think i have only disliked one flavor in there entire selection which btw is huge and the people make it themselves no 3 party bs. If i am to recommend any shop its this one.

MISSY&AJ, solved my issues on Saturday. I went in with a few issues. Bad coils from a 5 pack and 2 odd coils from another store. I drive 1HOUR to get to this store, that’s how much I like them. MISSY was my first encounter and I started my conversation with«who’s the highest ranked person in the store». You know how it is… You need a issue resolved and you tell an associate, only to find out, you now need to explain it again, as the person you just spent 10 mins with does not have the authority to solve the issue. After an hour drive, that’s where I was at. Unfortunately, the mgr was out to lunch. MISSY stepped up and said I will do the best I can. SHEDID! She fixed my bad coils, all of them. Replaced the liquid in each device and tossed in a spare coil for good measure. After that, I asked about her device around her neck. I wanted to know more. She let me play with it. It was an amazing«Aspire, Nautilus Mini» and her flavor… Amazing. So, now I own one! AJ,(who wears his brothers military dog tags) from the Raynham store was there as well. Always nice to see this nice gentleman. Very knowledgeable about devices. Last time I saw him, he was ill in Raynham store, but kept pushing past the issue to help me with e liquid. Now that was customer service. Most would have just gone home sick. LoL. But he stayed and stick it out. Con: most coils were out of stock. I could not purchase what I wanted(1.8 –5pack) same story in the Raynham store. Pro: MISSY took my name & number and email, said she would personally contact me when the inventory was back in stock. Overall: another very pleasant and enjoyable visit. Thanks to MISSY&AJ.
