Island Mist Tanning

I’ve gone to Island Mist several times now for airbrush tans and have always been happy with the service and product. Great price for a full body, the color has never been streaky or discolored and lasts a while, and she always asks how light or dark I want to go — and can refer back to what she used the last time. Great customer service — everyone is very friendly, comfortable, and I’ve never had trouble making an appointment, whether last minute or in advance. Though I can’t speak for the tanning beds as I’ve never used them, I definitely recommend Island Mist for an airbrush tan!

I came here on a Wednesday in February to get a last-​minute spray tan before I left for Miami the next day. I work in Boston and have an hour and a half commute (one way), so it is not easy for me to get home in time to do a lot on the south shore on week nights.
I even left work early so that I would be able to go back to my house and shower in time to drive the 20 minutes to Abington, all for this spray tan. I arrived at 7:30 pm to find that Island Mist Tanning was closed, and looked like it had been closed for some time.
It says that you’re open until 8 pm on Wednesdays. I know this because I checked your hours several times before deciding that I would put all of this (unnecessary) effort into getting there.
I think it’s really unprofessional to close up a full 30 minutes before you say you’re going to be closed, and I will not be going here again, nor will I be recommending Island Mist Tanning to anyone in the future. If you don’t care about your business, then neither do I.
