Everyone at Mortland was very friendly and approachable but after Dan, the owner, quoted me on the installation of a new carriage door I never heard from him again. I called three times and came to the store once. Every conversation with Nancy was pleasant and ended with her promising me that Dan would return my call the following day. Unfortunately, I never heard from Dan and had to order my Carriage door from another company. Very disappointed with my experience.
