I had been doing yoga for about a year when my teacher was unable to continue teaching, leading me on the search for a new studio. I am so happy I found Tara Yoga! All of the teachers are great and accommodating to yogis of any level. Any class I’ve taken is welcoming and inviting to all students and modifies based on skill level, strengths, and comfort level. Not only do they offer basic vinyasa classes, but special classes such as prenatal, mom & baby/​child classes, and workshops or special events. So happy to be a part of the Tara Yoga family.

I love tAra Yoga! The instructors are great. I’ve probably had 5 of the teachers by now. Everyone has a unique style but all are great about showing you modifications but challenging you appropriately. Classes are a reasonable size. The per class charge is $ 15 but a class pack will drive that down. tAra also regularly has groupons for new customers so look for one if you’re new. Highly recommend!
