This location of Ochsner is outstanding. The front desk personnel are professional and friendly. Liz Buras & Glenda Petroff, the two nurse practitioners are as thorough as any MD I have ever been treated by. They are very courteous and professional. They will both do what it takes to solve your issue rather than rush you through the system. They return telephone calls and do everything they can to get you in when you are I’ll.

The physician on duty was very thorough and caring. Her assistant was also very good. Very nice people. The big problem was the management of the clinic. The woman who claimed to be in charge was rude and not nice. Without getting into my personal situation, I just want to warn people who need to go here, be careful of upsetting the management. Don’t be expected to be treated in a polite or courteous manner. Another disappointing thing is that you need to go through a lot of phone time to get an appointment. I was told on the phone that this is not a walk-​in clinic.
