Stopped on our way home from AC. Bagels were chewy and bland. Basically no butter. Barely toasted. Sister got an egg and cheese and wasn’t even cooked. Had to throw out. Will never go back:(

The bagels are really good. Sandwiches are great also. However, I had to mark down this place because the service is pretty bad. My orders at times are incorrect and the young lady with the glasses and blonde hair has a really poor attitude. There are a couple others who aren’t too friendly but she stands out the most.

They have great breakfast and lunch options. If you are a veggie lover, they have nice choices for us as well for breakfast and lunch. They have a variety of delicious specialty cream cheeses including: scallion, vegetable, jalapeño, walnut raisin, strawberry, garlic & herb, cinnamon apple raisin and cheddar horseradish. The bagels are super fresh. They also have homemade bagel chips and bags of their yummy bagels for sale to bring home. The everything bagel is… everything! So yummy and fresh. For lunch, they have grilled paninis, sandwiches, salads & wraps. They all look yummy. I have yet to partake in the lunch menu but I’m looking forward to it. You can also eat in as they have a couple tables & chairs. Prices & quality are both good. The staff is friendly & pleasant. Expect to wait a little for cooked food as it is made to order. In my opinion, this is a good thing. The overall energy of this place is positive.

Just a heads up… same owners but new name, All Around Bagel. My understanding is they ended their franchise relationship with Bagel Gourmet, hence the name change. This may have been a good decision because it seems the bagel recipe has changed. What used to be an airy hollow New York bagel imposter is now a denser variety of bagel, which I prefer. They also offer fresh homemade baked goods, high quality luncheon meats and an endless variety of breakfast/lunch sandwiches and even omelets. I’ve hit this place for breakfast & lunch and it typically fits my modest daily lunch budget, which is under 8 bux and sometimes I even walk out with a bag of bagel chips still under budget. In this case… change is good. Give it a try.

The best staff and bagels in the area. The owner is outstanding with customer service and industry knowledge. Deli? Try any sandwich or hot grill menu. This business services all breakfast and lunch needs. I will not go elsewhere.

Place was clean and well decorated. Looked like I found what would be a nice breakfast spot for my ride home from atlantic city. However, by only 11am they were out of majority of their bagels and their drink selection was awful. They had a big open cooler that should hold hundreds of drinks, but there was only a couple drinks. My real problem with this place though was how cheap they were with sandwich size on my bacon egg and cheese. I will say the bagel itself was very good. But 4.57 for 1 egg and 3 morsels of bacon? That’s prices for midtown manhattan. I left there just as hungry as when I went in. When I asked the girl why the sandwich was so small she looked at me like I was crazy. I felt like I bought a sandwich at subway the way they had such a set amount of ingredients for a sandwich. That doesn’t sound like a sandwich made with any kind of heart and soul. No love.

Great Bagels. Great breakfast sandwiches. May take a few minutes to get your stuff if they’re busy though. I stop here every time I’m on my way back from Atlantic City heading to the GSP north. And its not just because it’s all I can afford at that point…

Friendly staff, looks clean, decent prices. The pork roll, egg and cheese on a multi-grain bagel really hit the spot on the way home from a night of drunken fun in AC. This is my new breakfast pit stop place.

Let me start by saying what it isn‘t– their web and menus all say ‘NY Style Bagels‘. These are far from the typical ‘ny‘ bagel. However that aside, they are definitely large & pretty decent orbs of dough. I would say its way up the food chain from DD and a slight bit above Manhattan/Einsteins or that ilk. I would definitely return. Being orig from NY, where we primarily DONT toast bagels, theres a phenomenon here in South NJ that all bagel places assume you want toasted. If the bagel is worth its weight I feel the original experience, save Lenders, is that a bagel should be served untoasted. I had a bacon/egg/cheese on sesame w/ketchup and it was as ordered, and done just right. I have nothing but praise for the actual sandwich. The bacon was done just enough for me and didn‘t taste too salty as I experience often elsewhere. There was one lady I feel was an owner type-she was definitely pleasant. There was an other woman who took my order(hat and sweats?) who looked like she had the weight of the world on her shoulders, something you don‘t need to encounter on an early Sunday but she was efficient. I bought another plain sesame bagel for later which was good for my prior bought salmon cc. They have a good selection of homemade mix-in cream cheeses and self serve coffee. They have baked goods that could use a little more variety/attn to detail. I am a sweet tooth but nothing here grabbed my fancy. I would like to have seen a cheese danish or something along those lines rather than squares of crumb cake and factory cookies. The main negative here was, as is typical of alot of bagel shops in nj is the confusion as to whos next in line or whos being helped. There‘s no defined line, ticketing or process other than confirming with your fellow customer if they are next or are you next. I really don‘t need, on an early Sunday to interact with others to ask them if they are next or me. It‘s one of those situations if you ordered ahead of someone that was tehre you‘d feel bad. I just want to walk in order & go not wonder if the line is in order. So my advice would be to straighten out the ordering situation, maybe have a dress code standard behind the counter(polo shirts?) and otherwise I would say its worth a repeat.

Oh wow are these bagels delicious! I tried a breakfast bagel sandwich with egg white, mozzarella, turkey bacon, and a garlic bagel and also had an orange cranberry bagel with a little honey. Nice spongy bagels. Spent most of my recent life in either Florida or New Mexico and the bagels both places taste like cardboard compared to these wonderful creations. the February weather here in NJ sure sucks compared to FL but things like these wonderful bagels kind of compensate in a way. the coffee here is pretty good also. bring some cash, they accept debit only for transactions over $ 5 and credit for transactions over $ 10. I ate in, ordered at the counter and my food was brought to me, paid afterwards. they did not seem to mind at all that I lounged around reading the newspaper for an hour while sipping coffee and staff were friendly.
