This is the worst hardware store. Don’t waste your time. The place smells horrible! The «manager» is very weird!!! I think he’s gay and was flirting with my husband the whole time we were in the store! I’m pretty sure his name was Jon. He didn’t care what I was looking for. He was worried about watching my husband. Their customer service was terrible! I went down the road to Home Depot where it was clean! Smelled good! And they gave good customer service and got me exactly what I was looking for! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS RUN DOWN DIRTY PLACE!
Manager — this must be a family owned shop. There is no way you could be the manager any other way. Learn some customer service skills! Please! & clean your dusty store!!!

Very strange visit to this store. I was looking for a fitting and was told immediately when I walked in that the plumbing supplies were being inventoried and they could not help me. I said no problem I’ll just take a look around the store as this is the first time I had been in. The guy at the counter responded what are you looking for, I explained I’m just going to take a look at what you guys have here I just moved to the area and I haven’t been here before. I got two isles and the burglar alarm went off and the guy turned it off and came up to me and said I must evacuate the building unless I could tell him what I was looking for. So much for supporting the small hardware store down the street, I’ll just drive right by this place and go to the giant Home Depot a mile away. Smelled really bad inside also.
