Rita’s Italian Ice

It was a dark cold rainy March night. The day had worn him down … Work with people who were not smiling and then out onto New Jersey roadways where every driver knows the salute and the gas pedal.
There in the dark the familiar red, white, and green Rita’s signed called out. A sweet relief awaits bringing a smile to finish off the day.
Although Rita’s is a chain each location is individually owned the Absecon location is the best! Their owner is frequently working with the teenage staff with everyone smiling away!
I checked my clock … 9pm oh no — will they close before my car stops. Nope! The owner assured me that when they see a car pulling in they wait and serve.
Truly first class all the way plus they give great coupons that go along with the app that features a punch card that soon will reward me with a free Italian Water Ice.
So if you are heading into AC on the White Horse Pike and hungering for the sweet and cold stop by Rita’s (Don’t bother saying Dave sent you because they don’t know my name even though I am giving them five stars!).

A must stop! The custard from Ritas, I can’t even describe it. I love this custard! My favorite thing to order are the Gelati’s. So delicious! Loved this Ritas especially because of the staff. Great job!

Another Rita’s without Cotton Candy ice :(

I’ve been to MANY Rita’s but this definitely beats them all. I never even knew Rita’s gave out samples until I came to this one, where I was given two complimentary without even asking. Great staff and clean place.

I miss the east coast yet again because I love Rita’s. Serisouly amazing flavors and I have never ever felt like any choice was a not so good one. My fav is an flavor ice combined with custart usually vanilla, but sometimes chocolate si good with ice flavors like mint choc chip or cookie dough.
It’s really refreshing and misto is the best drink in the summer!
