Lots of cold drinks and sundries. They’ve got a small table inside and a front porch if you want to soak in some more Acme before you hit the road, annnnnd they serve espresso drinks. They also have an air pump on the front porch for people tubing the river. The lady running the store was really nice, too. 5 stars !

Haymarket, VA
The Acme General Store is a bit of civilization on the edge of the mountains in western Washington. A small, old-​school style General Store from years of yore.
Stopped in for some cold bottled water and to get my bearings (the GPS in my rental vehicle had selected a rather interesting route for me — which I had not previously ground-​truthed).
The folks here are very friendly and greeted me as I entered. They just entered the modern era at the Acme General Store — they had just added for the first time ever — an electronic credit card reader!
They have this really cool detailed mural painted on the side of the building (see attached pix).
Great place to stop in for a pit stop for folks passing through the region!
