Matt Moncreaff is an incredible teacher, respecting his students limits while simultaneously pushing and challenging us to the next level. I always leave his classes more confident and capable than I came!

We had an AWESOME kids Star Wars Jedi party for my eight year old there. We couldn’t have been happier. The kids all went through Jedi training for 1.5 hours, taught by Mr. Moncreaff and his assistants. We then provided provided pizza, cake and favors for the final 30 minutes. All of the kids went home happy and had their exercise for the day! My son was thrilled!
