On Call Plumbing

A pipe in my attic sprung a leak causing water to come through my ceiling :(Jeremie was here quickly and fixed the pipe. My walls and a door jam are saturated with water. He called an extraction company for me, to begin the process of drying out and replacing the soaked drywall and door jam… something I would have no idea of how to do, or where to begin. Jeremie has followed up twice to see if I was being taken care of. Jeremie ROCKS! Honest, reliable and hard working. He’s earned my respect and from here on out, I won’t go anywhere else for any plumbing needs!

These guys rock. An honest hard working plumber. This guy busted his butt on a Saturday to replace a gigantic water heater. They earned all the good reviews they have.

Called on a Saturday after the water heater burst.
He met us at home depot, picked up the new water heater and then installed it.
They were very nice, very knowledgeable and offered great service at a very reasonable price.
He will be our go to plumber from now on.

They saved me a big bunch of trouble! Had a leak in the front yard. They showed up when they said they would, were professional and friendly, and had the whole thing fixed in an hour! Love these guys!

I am very pleased with the work done by these professional and courteous plumbers. I wanted to change my tub and shower to a regular standing only shower, so I found on call plumbing online and called them. They were friendly and informed me they did not charge for estimates so I gave them the ok to come and look at what I wanted done. They got to my house within an hour and were polite and educated in their trade. The prices were not the absolutely the lowest but they informed me of their warranty policies and guaranteed to stand behind their work and word. Everything was clean and neat with all work areas masked with plastic. The demolish process was a few hours and the piping was a few more. When they were done they cleaned my bathroom so well it looked like no work had been done that day. No dust or trash left behind. They even recommended an excellent tile guy for the shower floor and that worked out fantastically. I will only use on call plumbing in the future because of their cleanliness, hard work ethics, and respect for my family and home.

I called Jeremie and his crew a bit after 5:00PM when I had a toilet that stopped up hard. Within 45 minutes, Ryan came onsite and was taking care of business. He spent a good 2+ hours troubleshooting a tricky line issue — consulting with Jeremie as this clog was a real mess.
I really appreciate how quickly these guys came to my aid (and I live way out in the hills), how fair the price was, and how professional and courteous Ryan and Jeremie both were. And, after everything was done, Ryan did a terrific job of cleaning up.
I have another job for them in the near future and would recommend them to my neighbors without a second though. Definitely a great group of folks!

So I had a problem with the water pressure at my house. The shower would barley drip water if anyone was using water in the house. I found on call plumbing. They came out in about an hour. Jeremy replaced my pressure regulator and fixed the issue. The price was a little more than I expected but the quality of the work was well worth it. They were really fast and professional. I will be calling them again if I have any more plumbing needs. I will be recommending them to my friends now. Jeremy was awesome thanks!

Is this company for real? I used this company for a tenant in Palmdale. Jeremy’s service visit consisted of a telephone call. My tenant told him the water heater was not working and he said he would «order the part.» 5 days later (still with no hot water) Jeremy finally got approval from the warranty company to proceed with repair — so he decides then to order the part (2 – 3 days for the part to get there). Meanwhile, I send another plumber to re-​light the water heater (Voila — hot water — would have been solved with an initial visit but that would have been too much trouble). Over a week later, Jeremy shows up with the magical part and realizes the water heater is turned on and producing hot water. Rather than install or replace a possible faulty part, he decided that he has too much «integrity» to fix what may have caused the water heater to go out in the first place. My tenants sure appreciated one week with NO hot water because these guys are too lazy to come out for a service visit when called and then order a part that they later decide is not needed — seriously?
