I’ve never been so disappointed with a papa Gino’s before. They told us it would be 25 minutes for delivery, it took an hour and 15 minutes. That wasn’t what bothered me. It was the quality of food when it arrived. The breadsticks we ordered were not the usually fluffy cheesy ones. They were burnt, stale and cold. The Caesar salad that we ordered came with zero dressing, when we asked for extra! What’s more obnoxious is we had two places in mind for dinner tonight and chose this one. Definitely avoid at all costs.

I don’t know what everyone else is going on about, I like this place better then the Wendy’s or McDonald’s that are around here.

Most times this place is OK. I usually order my pizza online his response to be ready in 20 minutes. Tonight is a second time I’ve had to wait for my pizza so far is Penn 15 minutes after was supposed to be ready
