He cancelled our appointment and after I left him messages he never bothered to contact me to reschedule. Just another unreliable and unresponsive contractor. Looks like others have had the same problem. He may be good at what he does – but it’s just getting him to do it! Sounds like hubby, but at least hubby is free :)

Do NOT waste your time!!! Scheduled a time to meet with Kevin. He didn’t show up! I subsequently called him a half hour after our scheduled time. He said that he was stuck at a job and would be over in an hour. A call would have been nice KEVIN. Then I waited around for another hour and a half and he NEVER showed up. I called him several times with no answer!!! Earlier reviewers had the same experience. Kevin sucks!

Kevin started in the morning and worked until early evening on my To Do list. He worked efficiently and carefully, and I was really happy at all the work done and the quality of the work. He covered a great deal of varied items, such as replacing rotting deck flooring, replacing the rollers and installing door guards for sliding closet doors, replaced a bathroom light, removed a wall mirror, installed a magnifying mirror, and other misc. tasks. I happened to mention that my outside grill wasn’t working properly, and he very kindly showed me what the problem was and how to clean the grill so it works better. He’s really pleasant and easy going, and it was a pleasure to work with him. His rates are more than reasonable, and the quality of the work is top notch! I’ve already booked him to come back to do a couple more items! Highly recommend!

Kevin is a terrific handyman who removed an old window and installed a new one for us. He arrived on time, did a great window installation, and cleaned the area before he left.
I highly recommend Kevin for handyman jobs.
P. S. I just wish he did exterior painting!

Kevin recently worked on a number of projects in my place. From the start he was responsive to my initial call. He is highly knowledgeable, thorough and does meticulous work and his rate is reasonable.
