When purchased pellet stove owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. But service is awful! They have not showed for two appointments at all. No phone call or when you call there is no answer. Or if your lucky someone answers there are very difficult to understand and have no idea whats going on. I like to support local businesses but they are awful to deal with!
