You can really tell that the chefs behind the food put their heart and soul into thier cooking. Everything is a piece of art and delicious! I am in love with the lemon tarts. They brûlée the top which makes it taste like a lemony crème brûlée! The two best desserts combined into one! Such high quality, fresh, clean food!

Best lemon tarts ever! Lemony, but not overwhelming! I’ve had the eclairs as well, and enjoyed them too. They are big on use of organic raw material and the quality reflects this!

The most fabulous lemon anything I’ve ever had. Unbelievably light and fluffy, not heavy at all, and the perfect balance of sweet and tart. A total guilty pleasure for me, but without the guilt! It’s all organic, not much sugar, handmade, never frozen… Hang on, I have to take another bite. :)

OK so I am not normally one who posts, but I gotta say, I took advantage of this one and got the lemon tarts… and all I can say is that these tarts are seriously the best tarts I have ever had in my life. The crust is light and flaky and does not feel heavy at all. Very delicate and just the right amount of sweet. The lemon filling tasted like real lemon with just the right amount of tart and sweet. Be careful they are addicting is all that I can say.

We used this dynamic duo to cater our most recent party. From start to finish, our experience was positive. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, the presentation was flawless, the flavors were prominent and abundant, the communication was thorough, they hit our budget, and we had enough variety and food for everyone that evening. We kept the menu pretty simple, but their execution of these simple meals was what separates them from the rest. Tom is from Belgium and has studied under some of the best chefs, and he specializes in Belian and French cuisine. His wife, Lina, is from Bulgaria and comes from a family lineage of chefs. Together, they are able to add the extra touches and flair to take each dish up a notch above the rest. Some of the finger food dishes they made were created from their own recipes: — Spanakopita with Homemade Chive Dipping Sauce — Rosemary Beef Skewers — Salmon Cakes with Homemade Buns and Homemade Tartar — Mini Chocolate Lava Cakes — Mini Eclairs If you’re looking for a caterer, I would highly recommend these guys. You and your guests will rave about them. Point blank… You can just taste the difference!
