I called to arrange having the all my locks re-keyed at my new house. I was quoted $ 15 per lock and a $ 30 service fee. The man changed five locks and tried to charge me $ 200. I called the company try to get clarification and was placed on hold multiple times before I finally gave up. I haggled the price down to $ 125 but still the guy should have honored the company’s quote. Never again will I use these people!
