I have found Bells Ferry Ace to be helpful and they have fair pricing. I will continue to use them.

Update: Ace Hardware and Honda worked out my issue after some unfortunate lack of documentation at time of drop off. My understanding is the employee I had dealt with is no longer in that position. I was able to pick up my mower for the weekend and the used part is being replaced this week. All my interaction with Ace now has been positive with great follow up. The owner(Rhonda) called me and explained what happened, was very accommodating and helpful, which I really appreciate. After this later experience, I will go back.

This is a follow up to my 09÷19÷15 review. My lawn mower was finally delivered on 09⁄21 after they read my negative review. It was delivered with a damaged discharge shoot. Chris the store manager claimed it must have been damaged before they picked it up. My housemate informed him it did not leave our house in that condition. Chris said he would order a new one and come install himself the following Monday. I sent him an email on 10÷11÷15 to follow up and find out why this has not been done. It is now 10⁄28 and still no response or replacement installed.

I know that it’s not often that people write«positive» ‘Yelp’s’, but this is one will hopefully send out to others that this world is already filled with negative energy, and discouraging acts… we just don’t need anymore. My wife, and I just moved to Kennesaw, and are doing some much needed changes to our new home. This place is in need of some serious updating. So, as we got to the item of paint(s), we decided to go to Ace Hardware on Hwy.92 near Bells Ferry. As we were discussing our options for colors, we were approached by, and helped by 2 women, the first, named Mallory, and then Rhonda. After a very courteous, and helpful consultation on paint, Rhonda then went on to do the tedious job of mixing the colors of which my wife and I decided on. We found out afterwards, that Rhonda was the owner, and to us, that meant so much. It’s not often an owner will have that much hands-on customer service, especially when they easily could have passed on the job to one of their employees. My wife and I have since been back to Ace Hardware, and because of the happy experience, will continue to shop there, and encourage others to do so as well. Thank you, Rhonda, and Mallory !!

I have to say, I had a totally opposite experience visiting this store. They have recently made some personnel changes, and it seems to be working wonders because everyone was very helpful and attentive to my needs. I find myself going there for more and more of my buying because I like to spend local and support small businesses like these. Wipe the bad taste out of your mouth and give them another shot if you haven’t already, and if you base your decision to shop somewhere because of what a bunch of other people write, then you’re an idiot. Form your own conclusion by stopping in and seeing for yourself.

Saturday afternoon 1:37PM. Just one teenage girl working the front and one guy behind a computer in the back. Really? A line of folks In the lawn mower department just waiting. Some dude was in the back doign something with a mower but he never came out and said anything. The dude at the computer said nothing. Sorry guys, this mom-and-pop has failed me today.

This place has NOCUSTOMERSERVICE — I am currently on hold for the 3rd time, about 5 minutes now(again…) and NOONEWILLANSWER to answer my question on my lawn mower that has been picked up and delivered to my home two times broken(and it only went in for blade sharpening. Called in morning inquiring — tech says he was busy would try to look at it today — REALLY! I thought it might be a good idea to finish the one you started first… what a joke! Don’t waste your time here…

I bought an new EXmark Lazer Z from these guys last year and they were great until they got my money. When I took it in for the 25 hr free service they told me it would be ready in 2 days. I called after 2 days and the person told me that whoever told me 2 days was wrong and it would be 4 to 6 weeks. After 4 weeks I called and when I was transferred to the service dept I would be put on hold forever. After a few days of this I called form a friends house and finally got through. The person I spoke with said that it should only take 2 days for that service and went to find my mower. He told me it had been ready the whole time but no one told the people up front. When I went to pick it up they had no paperwork for me. Also I asked them to fix the fuel gauge and of course they didn’t I have never experienced such incompetence in my life. No one should ever buy anything from these idiots!!!

This could possibly be the worst Ace Hardware I have ever visited. Poor customer service, management very unprofessional, and employees have little or no knowledge of the products they are selling.
