This is for the Newnan location. Terrible customer service. My family got the wrong order in the drive in. Couldn’t call the store to remedy because their number was disconnected. Called another location and spoke to the shift leader who said she would get in contact with the Newnan store and that all I had to do was bring my receipt in and they would fix the issue. The next day when I brought my receipt in I was accused of trying to scam free chicken and was basically called a liar to my face. The store owner Justin Church is a magnanimous prick. We were overcharged and ripped off. I will never frequent this establishment again. I will be filing a complaint with the corporate office. This is not how you do business.

Really … Walk in and the cashier is tossing old food and trash in the garbage… Missed by the way and on the floor. Ordered and got cold chicken and dried out rice, cold green beans… where you are suppose to pick up your food was also filled of trash. No to go bag… No utensils… Tossed the box and said thx!!! Really? It was only 8:30PM!!!

Bojangles’ Famous Chicken ‘n Biscuits seems to be a rarity in the Atlanta area. Growing up in North Carolina(where the company is headquartered) not far from a Bojangles’ location, it didn’t take long for me to come to this realization. On my way to Cobblestone Golf Course early one Saturday morning, I came across this Bojangles’ store near downtown Acworth. I couldn’t pass up the opportunity and stopped in for a quick breakfast. Bojangles’ is known for its Cajun-fried chicken, buttermilk biscuits, and sweet tea. Oh, and«Bo-tato Rounds.» I’ve always known them as «Bo rounds.» They’re essentially hash browns in round, bite-size, disc form. Not a bad alternative to French fries and they’re served all day unlike McDonald’s hash browns. I went with a Cajun filet biscuit combo. It combines all things great about Bojangles’, fried chicken and biscuits, into one neat, compact meal. The biscuit sandwich was small, but quite satisfying. The biscuit itself was warm, buttery, and flaky. The chicken filet was lightly breaded and seasoned, crispy, tender, lean, and delectable. The combo came with a side(I chose Bo rounds) and a drink. The Bo rounds were OK. They weren’t as good as I remember them. Smaller, less potato, and more greasy. I had a Tropicana Twister Orangeade to drink, which is basically artificial orange juice. It tasted fine, like pulp-less orange juice to me. Service was fast and friendly. I saw maybe three or four other parties drop in during my brief 15 to 20 minute stay. Like every other location, this Bojangles’ has a drive-thru. The dining room and restroom were clean. It’s Bo time!

This place was my first«Bo» experience and while I had heard about the chicken, nothing could prepare me for the bo-berry biscuits. The melted icing on top is almost like the krispy kreme original blend, if only I could combine the two… note to self… The morning biscuits are made in house, the eggs are real eggs and not plastic tasting and the staff is always kind even on days I have hang overs. Thanks for serving me even when my speach is slurred! Your biscuits are a part of my Sunday morning cure!

Convenient location for our many trips between Atlanta and Chattanooga as it’s beyond the rush hour of Atlanta. It’s a pretty clean store with good service, and I love their biscuits and the Cajun chicken and is very affordable.
