Crestco

I had the pleasure of working with John from Crestco when he came to install a reverse osmosis system in my house to replace my water cooler.
He was nice enough to explain to me what he was doing as I incessantly pestered him with questions and took the time to show me the full function of my new RO system.
My original unit had apparently been damaged which we only found out after it had been pretty much installed but he had an extra unit out in his car and even though it would make him late for his next appointment, he swapped it out and was going to take the original one back to the manufacturer to replace for his next client. Much better customer service than most companies give you today and I was duly impressed.
I would use them again when I have an issue that they can address and I look forward to using my RO system for better water!
