GOELSEWHERE! We went in to pick our granite with caution as a family member had done business with them prior with a myriad of problems. Low and behold we should have taken these red flags more seriously! Put a deposit on our granite with the confirmation our template would be taken a few days later and granite finished in the 14 business days or less they advertise. Obviously our cabinets needed to be in place before taking a template… We put a rush on our cabinets to have them finished early. I proceeded to call Crowe and responded they are booked and have no availability to «template» for 2 weeks. Completely absurd! I immediately cancelled my contract with Crowe and contacted another business at 6pm and they had someone out to template the very next day. I would never do business or reference Crowe to anybody. If you need more details please feel free to contact me! Edit: Crowe has contacted me and refunded the entire amount without charging 15% restocking. Raised review to 2 stars.

MC Granite and Crowe Custom Countertops are the same company. Not sure why they go by two different names, but please don’t give them your business. Dan Harper was our sales associate and he was terribly unprofessional. I should have known from the first time I visited the warehouse and he would only show me the cheapest granite without ever asking what my budget was. He screwed up the quote and then tried to blame it on me instead of just fixing it. The installers showed up and tried to tell us that I was supposed to have done the demolition myself.(As if!) and when I called Dan to clear it up, he was so rude to me that I seriously couldn’t believe it. The installers broke my porcelain sink and Dan refused to reimburse me for the cost of a new one. I tried several times to contact a manager but he was conveniently always«out of the office». My countertops look very nice now, but I would never work with this company again. I am young and this is my first house. There will be more houses and more countertop replacements and I will happily pay more to deal with a company with integrity. I can’t imagine MC/Crowe gets much repeat business.

I am very disappointed in the service by Crowe Countertops. I have never seen worse customer service and sale staff. My every interaction with Crowe is frustrating. I chose a counter top that was«granite»(I was told by the salesperson it was granite, the installations paperwork and written guarantee all stated granite) but I had water marks and etching in the stone after the first week. When the installers came back they stated that I had marble and not granite and it will continue to show water marks… image my surprise! After many ignored emails and phone calls they agreed to remove the marble and put in granite. When I went back to Crowe to choose the new granite the sales staff sort of laughed and said I bet you used Dave G as the salesperson and he told you Cappacino is granite. Clearly this was not the first time they misrepresented their products. After they ripped out the marble and installed the new granite there is a cloudiness in one area. It took four emails and three phone calls before I received a reply. They said my original salesperson and service manager left the company and someone was monitoring their emails and phones but they must have missed my messages. I set up a date to address the cloudiness issue and they emailed me stating they would call the day before with the time. They never called so I emailed them, giving my cell phone number(again) asking if they were still coming out for service and if so, the time. Never heard. I went home at lunchtime and checked my land line and they left a message saying they are at my house and no one is home. When I called Crowe they made excuses about changing service software, blah blah blah. The owners need to seriously address their sales and customer service issues. I honestly don’t know how they stay in business.

Worst customer service! It was so frustrating for such a small job. They do not call until the day before and only after 4:30 … However I had to call every night so that I could get the time frame of when they would be there. They measured incorrectly! So yes they had to come back and no manager called me. I did not even know when the correction would be completed until they called the night before to tell me when they were coming. I was told the plumber was coming; 3 times! The last two times I was assured that they would call 30 mins before that evening. The next morning I called and they did not even realize the plumber had not come. Turns out the plumber did not know until my second call at 4:30 that he needed to be at my house and advised them he would not make it. Thank goodness he came on a Saturday. The only reason they are getting a two is due to the kindness of the installers and plumber. Several neighbors wanted to install counters as well. They were all told to stay away!
