Extra Space Storage

I found Extra Space Storage online and called the 800# to make a reservation through their customer service department. Within a short time of making my reservation, Shane contacted me to let me know that he had my unit and would make certain he was available to meet with me when I arrived. Shane took plenty of time to show me around and to thoroughly explain the terms of the agreement, the insurance, etc. We are storing all of our belongings until we find our new home out west and I wasn’t sure how much storage we would need. In addition to the unit I reserved, Shane held an additional unit until we knew wether or not we needed the unit. On moving day, Shane made sure he was available when the movers arrived and jumped into action to get the extra unit as soon as it was determined the space was needed. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Shane is thorough, polite, helpful and goes above and beyond to get the job done. Thank you Shane for making an otherwise stressful situation easier!

I was in a situation and Shane assisted us in our needs. I called several storage facilities, but ended up going with Shane. He was attentive to our needs, explained everything in detail, and he did not rush us. He treated us with the utmost respect. We arrived at storage a couple minutes after closing, but I called and he said he would wait on us. To make the situation worse we did not have enough money, and he waited for us to go to the ATM. Shane was extremely patient, even though he was still working way after his shift. All I have to say is that he exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond. I researched lots of storage places and this was the best value for my money$$. The biggest space for the lowest price. They seem very organized and friendly in the office. I definately reccomend this storage facility. Thanks
