Acworth, GA
After 3 years of service, my grass is practically dead front and back and still has weeds. I have tried to work with them and they are all talk and full of empty promises. They are after the dollar and are not professionals in their field. Wish I could attach pictures — worth a thousand words.
Btw — I did my part; watered when needed, kept leaves and debris off the lawn, mowed every week.

Woodstock, GA
Every time they serviced our lawn they would say «dog in back yard — will come back later». That is totally understandable, but they would never come back or call before coming to see if we could put the dog inside. Our backyard is now full of weeds and front yard isn’t much better. Called to let them know and they said they’d be out on April 20th to service — never came out, so my husband called — they said they’d be there on 23rd. Still no one — called again on Friday and the person that handles our account was unavailable. I’ve been trying to cancel for over 2 weeks now, but I can’t bc I’ve already paid for April and don’t want to lose my money.
