If you could give a zero I would. I’ve lived here for two years and a year ago management was Changed. It is horrible now! our house was broken into and we were unable to close our door because the door jam was completely gone. We called the emergency maintenance 15 times and no response, we had to sleep with no way to close our door. So yes if you would like to live here by all means go ahead, if that’s not enough our sink in our second bath isn’t working and our living room window is leaking… Still haven’t been fixed (two weeks after order had been put it) We’re moving in three weeks thank god! I’d suggest no one move here.

So I visited this complex this past Saturday to see about moving in. I opened the door and the lady at the front desk asked how could she help me. When I told her that I was looking for a one bedroom apartment she instantly said, «We don’t have any available and I don’t know when we will have some available.» I said, «Okay» and walked out.
She didn’t even ask my name, when I was looking to move in or anything. I can understand if you don’t have any available at the moment, but you can at least ask when I am looking to move and maybe even ask for my name and contact info so you can reach out to me when some do come available.
I didn’t bother to ask anymore questions because if that is how you treat a potential tenant, I can’t even begin to imagine how you treat actual tenants. And in case management is reading this, I came on Saturday, January 18^th around 1pm. I suggest you fire that girl, she does not make a great first impression. She was very rude.
