I am so close to not shopping here anymore. Every time I go in there, they have gotten rid of an item I would usually buy. Yes I know I can special order it, but I’d rather get it right then and there! The selection in the meat department is horrible. They are always missing price tags. Sometimes the cashiers are rude. Trust me when I say, I am going to go the extra few miles and shop at Aldi or Publix. I’m sick of this Kroger!

I hate to give this Kroger a one star rating, as I normally love Kroger. The store itself is nice enough, however, this complaint is strictly about the Pharmacy. DONOT, I repeat, DONOT use this particular pharmacy.
Now, understanding that pharmacies are busy places, I dropped off a number of prescriptions on a Monday, around noon. I specified that I would not need one of them filled at this time.
The next day, my husband went by to pick up my meds. This was around 5:30 pm. He was given, without knowing, the medication I specified not to fill, and my insulin, as I am a diabetic. However, he was not given syringes, that would allow me to actually take my insulin.
The next day I went by, and was told that my prescriptions were not ready, and that this had been told so to my husband. He was not, so they lied. Those kinds of messages don’t get lost between my husband and I. EVER
The next day, the medications I needed still had not been filled, and the following day either, Thursday by noon.
On Thursday morning I called to let them know that another prescription was being phoned in, and needed to be filled right away.
On Friday afternoon I went to pick up my medications. Only one was ready. I was then told that they could not get the needles that the Dr. had ordered. Then, in a bold faced lie, they claimed that I was told this on Wednesday. However, they offered no explanation as to how they tried to solve this issue, what so ever. Luckily I had some left.
Then, to add more drama, I was told that nobody knew what I was talking about when I asked for the medication that was phoned in the day ahead of time. They claimed that nobody had spoken to me. So, I was told that I was having imaginary conversations with their pharmacy. REALLY?
I had to deal with what appeared as, brain dead teenagers, while that pharmacist did nothing. I was given insulin, but no way to take it. At that point I withdrew my entire account and went to Walgreens. The very next day I was able to pick up every singe medication, and my syringes for insulin. This Kroger Pharmacy is a joke. I’m cautioning everyone, as I feel it would be quite easy to get the wrong medication, IF you get some at all. If you care about yourself, and your loved ones, go to a Pharmacy that cares. Go to Walgreens.(PS — Walmart is not a good choice either, sorry to say.)

This Kroger makes me want to move away from Acworth. Fruit flies are always flying around the produce section, we found mold on fruit that was displayed front and center on 9÷25÷15 and their produce does not last once home. They run out of stuff constantly and serve your deli meat in gallon sized zip locked bags, showing poor management. They have some awesome employees but the ones that aren’t awesome are just plain sorry and nasty people(one girl border stalked me as I’d go in and had started an incredibly inappropriate conversation with me regarding, yeah, I can’t even say what is was regarding.). I hate going here and have for the past 8 years. I only go when in a rush and remain disappointed every time i go in. Especially when comparing it to other Krogers in the vicinity like on Town Lake and HWY92 in Woodstock which are light years ahead of this location. And they’re stingy with the cookies, unlike Publix who offers them to my son every time we walk in. I HATETHISPLACE and I don’t hate many places.

Every time I come to this location I am very pleased with the employees, the selection and the service. I have never had a bad experience here and will continue to shop at this store. It’s extremely close to where I live and honestly if I didn’t live close, because of the good experiences that I have here I would drive farther just to come here. Thanks Kroger for always making it a pleased to shop with you.

I am that psychotic blonde yelling at the gas pump 2 pumps down from you. You try not to be too obvious as you peek over at the crazy person but you need to see if you know them because, lets face it, the South, although vast and full of ignorance, is small. I have found, screaming obscenities, even using unlady like hand gestures, help me get through the pain of paying obnoxious prices for gas. Every now and again, I’ll even throw my hips in to it and do a swift dance that I like to call my «suck it!» move. This only happens when my Kroger plus fuel points card spits out a measly 3 cent discount. Does anyone really EVER get the infamous 20 cents off a gallon? Yeah, I didn’t think so. What? You didn’t think something so graphic could come out of my mouth? Come with me when I get my oil changed.

Since Kroger remodel their location at 2295 Towne Lake PkwyWoodstock, GA30189 making it into a Super Kroger prices have skyrocketed so we started doing our grocery shopping at our other smaller recently remodel Kroger 2.1 miles from our home. Their prices are much more inline with our budget. In fact the staff is much more friendly and courteous than the bigger location. Even with the remodel it has maintained its home town feel. Sure they don’t have an in store Starbucks nor a Sushi Bar but the prices and service is consistant and friendly.
