I rarely review fast food places and assuming today was a tough day for the staff, due to me being the only customer in drive thru. I ordered a honey butter biscuit meal and a side of bacon. I received a honey butter biscuit that was not pretty much frozen. Yes my chicken was frozen and it was rather disgusting. Also my side of bacon was not placed in my bag and my potato wedges were not in my bag. I did however receive my drink, which served as my breakfast. I didn’t receive a receipt and I can honestly say I will never return.

I am a fan of good customer service and I am now a fan of this Wendy’s! The night manger will make me come back here again because of the customer service that he provided. Im so glad that they are close to home.

We stood at the front counter for ten minutes, passed by by at least three workers. Finally the manager, James, walked past us to go fetch one of four employees that were on a smoke break. His only words as he passed by were«just a minute» We decided to leave. As we walked out past the manager, he did not acknowledge us. I guess he was having a bad day.

The service ataff here is off the chain. They have exceptionably good quality customer service. They always check up on you asking if you need more soda, they all have smiles on their faces, and the chocolate frosty is to die for.
