I found the pork sandwich was good but the sides were just fair. The white beans were not good – no flavor as if they went right from the can to the pan. I had to add my own basic spices at home! The coleslaw wasn’t as creamy and popping as before when we have come in. I believe the business changed hands but one would think the quality of the food would not change.

Very good food! Fresh and homemade… lots of flavor and cooked perfectly. We were in town for a football game against their home town football game. We showed up in our rival team shirts. The staff was friendly and attentive. This will be a regular stop when we our team plays Jo Byrne again!

Well, idk why the hours are the way they are but if your blessed to be able to go when they are open, well, enjoy yourself because you just unlocked the key to BBQ happiness. I love to drive the 45 mins to get here and eat some bomb bbq. In fact the drive over is terrible due to all the drool I am wiping off of my mouth in anticipation of the savory BBQ going into my mouth. Just eat there and give them your money.

Bar B Q is delicious. Portions are really big and prices are well worth the food. Get in early because they only make so much food and don’t prepare more. Once it is gone it is gone. Get the BBQ lunch plate and make sure to get the hash town casserole which was amazing!

We stopped by while in Adams visiting old family haunts — Decided to pick up some pies for dinner. We got a strawberry pie and a fudge pie. The strawberry was so fresh it wasn’t even set yet! Both were a BIG hit with the family — YUM!

a buddy of mine and I stopped here while we were working in the area. have to say its the best bbq around. I was shocked at the price, I was expecting it to be more. Got fries with mine and they were plentiful. The cornbread actualy tasted like cornbread, unlike soo many places that serve up bland dried up corn bread. The ladys working were very friendly and accommodating. Next time we are in the area we are going to stock up and buy a couple of pounds to take home.

If you’re looking for old fashioned slow cooked BBQ this is for you. They’ve got great brisket, chicken, bbq, pork chops and all the fixings. The place is small, they renovated an old service station to make the restaurant. Very friendly and clean, we would definitely go back.
