This pool gets the job done. It is fairly large and the lap and diving section gets to 13′ depth. There are 2 diving boards and a splash kiddie area. Back in the day there used to be 3 slides but they took those out. The hours are slightly ridiculous as they are never open… only 2 hours during the week which is very inconvenient for adults who work and would like to swim after 5. Prices aren’t that cheap either…$ 7 for residents on the weekends. They also take 15 min breaks every hour where everyone needs to exit the pool. During swim, they have lifeguard/safety drills where they rescue a drowning dummy and go through the regular protocol. They will announce on the speaker that it is a test so you aren’t left wondering. Oh, and the concession stand appeared to be closed, for good.
