So I went in here yesterday to find a new battery for my vape, as both of ours just died. Kat was absolutely amazing, personable, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. She explained the new features available now to use and the difference between coils and liquids from a place of wisdom. We will be making this our new spot even though it’s a farther drive than where we’ve been going for years.
She genuinely cared about our customer experience in a way that is rare today from what we’ve seen.

This place is just awesome. They always have events going on. Kat and David are really awesome people. I use to just come and hangout for hours because they make you fell at home. David introduced me to many different flavors and he showed me some really cool flavor combos. I always learn new things there and they always have something cool to show me.
Have an RDA? They can help you rebuild so you can leave with a freshly built coil.
Unfortunately David don’t work there anymore. Bummer. But everyone else there is just as awesome! They are helpful people and can answer any questions you have.

This place is weak. The juice is off tasting and the customer service was lacking. I’ll go elsewhere.

Was there a couple months ago and had a bad experience. But was there today and had first class service. Man knew what he was talking about and gave me excellent advice! Definitely have improved their customer service! We be back repeatedly!

Great crew, extremely knowledgeable and kind to the novice vapor. Also, they carry the hard to find Nautilus coils, throw parties and events and have a huge selection of flavors. My go to place.

I have been having trouble finding flavors that I like. A friend let me try her Pink Champagne from Artisan and I fell in love. I immediately went out the next day to buy some. Overall, the shop isn’t bad but there are some things that makes this shop a deal breaker for me. With so many shops popping up, there are a plethora to choose from. This place isn’t bad if you’re in the area, but there are certainly better shops to choose from nearby.
The good:
Very impressive, modern, clean shop with surprisingly nice ambiance. Agree with a previous reviewer that they could use a TV. The bar is nice and I like how they already have ecigs filled for you to try, so the process goes quickly. You just take the new & clean plastic cap and switch it from unit to unit to try new flavors. This makes the process go fast which I appreciated. For me, the location is great and there is tons of parking. Obviously the Pink Champagne is my new fav and will keep me coming back if I am unable to locate something similar elsewhere. The juice is clean without having that weird thick aftertaste of some brands.
The bad:
My main qualm is that their juices are only offered in 100% PG (poly glycol) –or– VG (vegetable based thicker base) formulas in strengths of 8, 16, 24 and 32. As someone that prefers a 10 or a 12, this is problematic. I got the 16 but it’s too strong and makes me cough a bit. The 8 would not have been strong enough. They only offer this in large bottles (very reasonable at $ 17 for 39ml) and I didn’t want to invest $ 40 bucks to get the 8mg & 16mg to mix for the right mg. PG formula is very drying and burns QUICKLY. I realize that PG is the norm for juices, but this stuff burns quicker than anything else I’ve encountered. Within 30 minutes I had drained my tank that usually lasts me 4 – 5 hours. Lastly, the service. The man I worked with was patient and nice, average service for recommending flavors and trying to find an additional juice I liked, but he kept encouraging me to get a new battery & cartridge. I like the brand & style units I have and I literally just bought a new one yesterday. I understand the new shop needs to drum up business and up sell, but I didn’t appreciate that he basically insulted the unit I used for being too small (I don’t want a huge heavy awkward massive unit) and not offering «supreme flavor delivery». He also did not offer much insight to the quality of the juices, where they’re made, or why theirs is better than others (although I was able to get a brief snippet of info from their website and the other reviews here).
If you’re okay with the limited flavors, strengths, and blends of juices, their prices seem reasonable and they have a diverse selection of hardware. Personally, I prefer places like Vape Lounge (Beltline & Marsh) where they make juice on site when you order and you can request any nicotine level, flavor (they’ll create one for you or make blends if they don’t offer it on their menu that boasts 350 flavors + 100 others that aren’t on the menu), and any mix of PG/​VG formula you like. I like 70 PG/​30 VG. This keeps my throat from getting dry and makes the juice burn more slowly so I’m not constantly refilling my cartridge. It may not be the stunning atmosphere of Artisan, but I prefer product diversity over ambiance.
I really wanted to like Artisan more to have an alternative go-​to shop. Glad everyone else here seems to love it and I hope they continue to survive in this rapidly growing industry and overly saturated market.

I went into a vapor shop for the first time in my life actually nervous because I barley knew anything about them besides what I had found out from friends. The girl who helped me was so nice and made sure I knew everything I needed to know. Shr didn’t try to get me to go over my price limit. I left feeling very confident about my purchase and I will definitely be returning they have so many options.

Great vape shop! Knoweldgable and friendly staff, very cool bar area. Nice spot to hang out for a bit and get to try some great flavors. Be sure to see Christal while you’re there, she rocks.

People where good. Nice place. Small yet comfy. Need a tv for sure. Hope to see this shop grow. Need events to ramp up the place.
