Wonderful staff and owner who know the product and give you the best deal. The store gives off great vibes and I can easily spend my whole day there. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for anything from cigarettes to glass, and incense to electronic vaporizers!

Professional staff, knowledgable with Bilal

I went in here the other day looking for a couple gifts for my friends. I was greeted with very enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff. I believe the individual who helped me was named Bilal along with two other employees who were quite helpful as well. They listened to my needs and answered all of my questions and showed me an option for each and every one of my gift recipients’. Even when I was hesitant they didn’t pressure me into the sale nor did they try to sell me something that I did not need. I came back several days later to purchase the items based heavily on their recommendations as well as others. They even tossed in free chargers for everyone which just added to the overall experience. Although it was a small gesture, it really showed that they wanted to take the extra initiative to make me a happy customer. Ultimately I got 2 batteries with variable voltage control, 2 generic tanks with coil support, a starter kit from aspire, the chargers he threw in for me, and a couple liquids. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I walked out with gifts for everyone at a great price and was even given a 3 month guarantee that the products will be free of defects. With their expertise and extensive knowledge of the products, they made me comfortable in picking out the right items. I have come here a few times after for questions as well as more liquids. I also referred some of my friends here and they have had very similar experiences. I definitely recommend it.
Also a side note, he’s got one of the most extensive collection of flavors for liquids I have seen in a while.(both with nicotine and without). He also gave an honest critique of all the flavors he has tried as well which was a very nice bonus. The only problem was that they were a bit pricier but you get what you pay for. :)
