Great friendly people who work there. When I go out, how the employees treat me is a huge deal doesn’t matter if we go to a fast food place or a steakhouse. The people here are always so nice. And the food comes out so fast! Drive thru and inside. I really appreciate the great service (:

I have ordered from the Chick-​fil-​A each week several times a week for 2 years. I also use them for my corporate breakfast and lunches very frequently. Today at 10 am, I proceeded through the drive thru, I ordered a 4 count chick n mini with extra honey butter meal with black coffee. She asked me to pull to the parking spot because the nuggets were cooking. 8 minutes later a young man handed me a bag with only chick n minis. I asked him where the hashbrowns were? He said I will be right back and took the back with him. He came back and handed me the bag and said that I just gave them to you because you didn’t order a meal. I told him that I did and my receipt reflects that ($ 5.62). He said ok and walked off. I opened the chick n minis box and they were literally thrown in there. The nuggets weren’t in the biscuit either. I walked straight in and showed them and they said omg you waited for that. Yes clearly I did. I asked for a refund and they issued it. Neither one of the managers even said a word to me as they stood there (a male and female). The young woman who did the refund was very apologetic and even offered to replace and help me to my car because I have a broken foot. I will not be patronizing this establishment again either for business or personally. So I had to settle for a egg white delight from Mc Donalds which I am not a fan of.

I have always loved this place! My tea has always been brewed fresh, the service always timely and friendly, and the food is served warm. Great place to grab a quick bite to go.

I appreciated that they are very genuine with customer service. The gentlemen at the window repeated my order, which I was charged an extra sand which. Rather than an attitude like most fast food joints. He apologized for the error and would gladly fix the issues. Now days you do not get customer service, it’s not purchased it’s genuine. The food can be great but the customer service can make it taste bitter.

If I need a quick lunch, i go to this Chick-​fil-​A. Even with a full parking lot and the drive thru line wrapped around the building, they are not only fast but accurate with my order. Ive been going to this location for over a year now and so far, haven’t met one employee that hasn’t been polite and courteous. I will definitely visit this location again.

always a good experience, a friendly efficiently run restaurant

First time at this location and it was a rainy night and we asked for military discount and they honored if with a free drink :) the cashier was friendly and fast. Line was long but to me that’s a good sign. Food is hot and fresh. No complaints.

This store has the nicest and most courteous servers and managers. Every time I go I feel like I’m stopping by a good friend’s house. The manager is always so nice and greets everyone so kindly with a smile. Love going here early in the morning bc I don’t know any other business that would be as excited to serve me through a window at 6am!

We arrived just after 12Noon. The parking lot was full and the drive thru line wrapped around the building. After two circles we finally acquired a parking space. If you are in a hurry parking may be an issue. This restaurant is located in what looks like an office building however it is a free standing location. Inside we find two long line of customers, many of whom were waiting for their food. When we got to the cashier we ordered the chicken sandwiches, fries and were given our drinks and a plastic cone to sit on the table. We waited for a few minutes and a runner brought us our foods. The sandwiches were just warm as were the waffle fries. This was disappointing as this normally never happens at a Chick Fil A. We needed refills on the drinks and I took the empty cups to the counter for refills. We did not see anyone in the seating area getting refills from an employee. several minutes later the young main (the table cleaner) came to our table and wanted to know if we would like refills. He was just overwhelmed with work. The line going thru the drive thru never once stopped. I find the level of service and the food at this location to be slightly below the level of service to which we have grown accustomed at most Chick Fil A’s.

Food was piping hot this morning! The people are friendly and bring the food to your table. Only downside is that there is no place for the kids to play.

I usually don’t eat at Chick-​fil-​A because I don’t agree with the higher-​ups’ openly anti-​LGBT views, and while they are more than welcome to have those views, I don’t have to give them my $$.
Having said that, I’m afraid that the little monster growing in mah belly sometimes forces me to be a total hypocrite when I need breakfast/​protein in the AM in a rush and I want somethin’ TASTY.
Look, I just have to say that this location really has their shit together in the AM. Fear not that intimidating-​as-​hell drive-​thru line. It’s daunting but it MOVES and even weirder, the people at the window are bright and bubbly (not in an over-​caffeinated, over-​medicated way, either) and downright friendly. The combination of expediency and friendliness is hard to come by these days; the employees at this location are doing a bang-​up job.

Outstanding customer service! Orders are correct 99% of the time even on drive thru. Love the breakfast: chicken biscuits, chicken minis and biscuits and gravy. The lunch options are pretty good but the salads have gotten smaller and more expensive.
Overall the prices are worth the fast, friendly service and the fresh healthier options (compared to other fast food joints)

I get it, Chick-​fil-​A is just busy at lunch. I’ve seen other locations organized much better than this, and much friendlier service.
I ordered a small Chicken strip tray, and 3 large fries all to feed 8 – 10 people, and the employee at the window asked me how many ketchups I wanted. I wish I would have gotten his name, he annoyed me. I said 10, and he asked «6?» to which I then replied «TEN!» and he then replied «6?» Seriously? It’s not like you guys are going to run out of ketchup, and its not like Chick-​fil-​A is a limited business that needs to be stingy with condiments.
This location needs to take a lesson in customer service. On top of that, the strips were soggy.

Went to this place like I always do and tried to use the special offer that Unilocal listed for my check in there and the manager refused to honor my free 8 piece nugget! Said he didn’t honor Unilocal items and had no idea what Unilocal even is! What awful service and knowledge. He was completely rude and said he didn’t know anything about special offers and wouldn’t honor them.

This is one of the best Chick-​fil-​a locations I have ever been to.
You haven’t had chick-​fil-​a until you’ve had it from this location.
Drive-​thru is prompt, courteous, and always correct with my orders. Dine-​in is equally good, with a very clean dining room.
The staff gives off a friends and family vibe in the way they treat you.
An all-​around excellent user experience.

Best chicken sandwich ever! And a great price too. Every time I come to this specific location every one is super nice. Very clean and great food!

No matter where in the country you are, Chick-​Fil-​A never fails to give the best customer service. AND, they have wonderfully AMAZING food!
This specific CFA stood out for a few reasons.
1. During the peak lunch hour, they were still fulfilling orders within 3 minutes. For a fast food restaurant, that is incredibly fast. AND, they did everything with a smile!
2. The manager was definitely a great hire choice by CFA, as he wandered around tables checking up on everyone, even asking about drink refills! I mean, it makes you want to leave a tip, you know?
3. THEY HAVE MINTS. I’m kind of a fan of mints, and they have this huge box of them sitting with the condiments. That just melts my heart.

One of the nicest Chick-fil-A’s I’ve ever been to, thanks to the manager there! What a sweet little man, haha. He made all the guests feel warm and welcomed. After taking our orders, he walked around the restaurant making sure everyone was doing well, making jokes, and smiling. He seemed very genuinely interested in the welfare of the customers without a forced smile or awkward comments.

This particular one is very clean, has fast, friendly service, and fresh food. You really can’t go wrong with ANYTHING on the menu. (unless you’re on a diet, then I’d recommend the grilled chicken.) And the bathroom is clean, which is good to know for those of us that travel and live out of our cars.

Like most Chick-​Fil-​A locations, this one is speedy with good food and polite people.
Boyfriend and I stopped here after getting a video game at Best Buy to kill time during the great Ice Storm of 11.
We weren’t 100% sure if they were open or not… didn’t see any cars in the parking lot and it looked kind of dark inside. However, as soon as we pulled up to the drive thru menu to order, we were greeted by a friendly voice to take our order.
Yaaaay! Open!
I got nuggets and he got a sandwich. Both with large waffle fries of deliciousness, of course.
When we pulled around, the guy at the window was SUPER duper happy and very clearly loved his job. Our food took a little while to come out– the guy (manager, maybe? hourly workers usually are never that chipper in any food/​retail establishment) explained that they were double-​checking that they made the boyfriend’s sandwich right.
Then he said, «So since we’ve got the time… COMMERCIAL TIME!» and pulled out a little flyer for the new spicy chicken biscuit for breakfast and talked about how awesome it is and that they actually fresh-​make their biscuits (in store), when other places don’t. «I won’t say any names. but I’ll point!» and pointed to the McDonald’s next door. Plus, their chicken tastes like actual chicken. not some processed, pressed, shredded «chicken”-like product.
When we got our food, it was of course 100% right and piping hot and delicious. It’s clear that people like their jobs here and are trained properly. When we thanked the guy taking our order at the menu (as we always do), he said, «My pleasure! Pull around to the window and I’ll see you there», rather than the rude grunts you can get at other fast food places.
Yes, this is Chick-​Fil-​A, it is owned by a very religious man/​family. They are closed on Sunday. They donate money to religious organizations. It’s what they do. Their food is awesome and they aren’t preachy to their customers, so live and let live.
Plus, their Sue Bee brand honey is always amazingly good (I’m looking at you KFC/Grandy’s with your «Honey Sauce», and McDonald’s with charging me for more than 2 honey packets– jerks) and the Dr Pepper at Chick-​Fil-​A always ranks near the top of my Dr Pepper list of deliciousness. Always excellent syrup: soda ratio, decent ice amount, styrofoam cup is a plus (awful for the environment, but a plus for soda enjoyment), and the water is lacking in bizarre flavor (filtered water, perhaps?).
As awesome as the typical Chick-​fil-​A and is conveniently located near our house.
