Executive Chauffeuring

Very unfortunate. I used them for decades. When a new owner came in, drivers started arriving slightly late. Two occasions they were 20 – 30 minutes late. I missed the cut off for checking bags and so missed the start of a business meeting. I called to complain and the owner was sarcastic and extremely rude. I will never go back and encourage you to avoid them as well. Reading the other poor reviews, the systematic attitude and competency issues seem to persist. There are too many limo companies in the Chicago area to waste your time.

I have been using this company for many years and it has been going down hill the last year or so. Last straw was it took my driver 40 minutes to get to me when I was waiting outside in the rain at O’Hare (versus the promised 10 – 12 minutes). When I expressed dissatisfaction, the driver became enraged and didn’t want to take me in his car. The front office told him to do so anyway. He proceeded to drive 76+ miles per hour in the dark, in the rain, in a construction zone on 90W. I took pictures of the dashboard as confirmation and sent them to the company. Nobody cared that this happened. Debating if I will get police or lawyers involved.

Here is the reason for only one-​star and I didn’t even get passed booking a car:
I wanted to go from my house to O’Hare…and got quoted a bizarre fee of $ 91.84. I have used private car service more times than I care to remember and had always been given a round number. So when I asked why the strange number, this rather nice lady said it was just how their system quoted it.
So I told her that I truly wanted to go to the Rosemont Hilton (since I had an early flight out the next day), and wondered if her exact quote system would quote the same fee (a few miles from the terminal, but less in total distance from my home). At first, she couldn’t find the Rosemont Hilton in her system but then when I told her I had the exact hotel address, she didn’t want it because it wasn’t in her system anyway. Next she told me that she now needed to quote me a «point-​to-​point» fee as I was being taken from my house to a hotel. However, she never asked for my home address (the first point) and still did not want the hotel address (the second point), but was somehow able to quote a «point-​to-​point» rate of $ 135.91.
That was a huge increase in fee but the driver would have actually driven less in total miles. I wasn’t born yesterday and didn’t fall off a turnip truck, so I politely told her «no thanks» and went on to another limo company!

They saved the day! My daughter booked a hummer thru another service. That service canceled at 7:00 the night before her wedding. They came through with limos and nice, professional, courteous drivers. I am so thankful to them and will book here from now on. Posted a big ad for you on facebook. Thanks again!

I’ve used Executive Chauffeuring a couple times to go downtown for nights out. They are always on time and the drivers are very friendly. It is definiately easier than trying to figure out who will be the designated driver, and more fun.

I use this company whenever I need a ride to O’Hare. They are quick, friendly and they have clean and comfortable cars. They’re a pretty good deal too. They’re don’t cost too much more than a smelly ol’ taxi cab.

I use Executive Chauffering every time I go to Chicago-​land for business. I am usually heading out to the suburbs from O’Hare.
Executive Chauffering provides professional drivers, clean cars, and have always been prompt. The cost with gratuity is just slightly higher than taking a cab, but I’d rather pay the extra $ 5-​$ 10 and not have some crazy ass cab driver who doesn’t speak English, doesn’t know where he’s going, and doesn’t obey traffic laws drive me to my destination (usually a hotel).
Executive Chauffering allows you to book your reservations on their easy-​to-​use website. It is actually less expensive than if you call for a reservation. An email will be sent to you with the confirmation number. Once you land and get to baggage claim, you call the phone number, they tell you which door to go out of, the plate number of the car, and approx. how long until it comes to the middle aisle at O’Hare. Simple. I’ve never had an issue and I’ve used them at least a dozen times.
Cars for business are usually sedans but if there is a car shortage, they will send what ever is available. I get limos as well as white stretch limos quite often, all for the same price as I reserved the sedan for.
