Maybe it was just this location but the haircut was below average and the lady who cut my hair had zero interest in being friendly. I asked her the standard haircut questions, how is your day, how long have you been cutting hair, are you from the area. Answers: fine, 30 years, yes. I felt I was an inconvenience to her day. I will never go back here.

I had a fantastic experience at this Great Clips! Let me start by saying, I have been going to a stylist in Uptown for 3 years who I still really like, but I can’t bring myself to pay $ 80 (with tip) for a hair cut! I also live in Northwest Dallas now, so needed something closer.
I was desperate for a cut and found this location via Unilocal with good reviews so decided to check it out. I was very nervous and anxious but I had to try! I went on a Sunday afternoon and got right in, my stylist was Phal (if I remember correctly). She listened attentively to what I wanted and it turned out GREAT! I have naturally curly hair, but soft curls, not super tight curls. If it is cut bad, it’s hard to cover up. I have a bob style and just needed a trim and she nailed it. $ 24 included my wash and cut with tip! Hard to beat and I will definitely be going back.
I feel like Great Clips can get a bad wrap from time to time, but if you have been on the fence about a cheap haircut, give this place a try!

Quick, efficient service. I went with Jeanne. She is very polite, friendly, great customer service. She said hi to everyone who walked in. Gave me a nice haircut, did not push me to buy products. Would definitely come again. $ 20 with tip, who can beat that?

I got my cut from Diane. She is really good and understands what you want. I would definitely be coming back.

Many people look down on chain places like this. You tell them what you want or if you want it the same as last time they save it. I love the online check in on the app. They always do a good job for a fair price for me and always take time and care with my hair focusing on the details. I love this place and have been using this franchise for a while, but this location is always above and well beyond others. Good stylists and kept running this well by excellent management probably goes up to the owner. This will now be my only location I visit. They take care of me well. Thank you. Please stay around with superb service for a long, long time.

Solid $ 14 haircut, I’ve been looking for a local bargain place to get a stylish haircut for men. I definitely found it here this place is super updated on the inside and staff is pretty knowledgable of what they’re doing. I got my cut with Darlene I believe, needless to say I was content with my haircut I will be back.

I am loving my haircut from Great Clips! Almost everytime I have tried to get layers in my hair the stylist has never cut it right. This time however they got it so right!

Jeanne the manager is a DOLL! She has turned around this location and it shows. With the great attitude of the staff and the quality of the cuts — you have to do a double take…“I’m at Great Clips??” What?! They remember your name and treat you like a VIP. This is where I’ll be going from now on. Kudos to Jeanne and her team.

Went to this Salon and after I left, I realized my cut wasn’t completely what I wanted so went back two days later and Arlene was very understanding and willing to fix my cut into exactly what I wanted free. She spent a lot of time to make sure it was how I wanted and she seemed truly interested in doing it right!
