In terms of pricing and placing an order, James Antony was great. They were responsive, informative and price competitive. Had execution been good, this would be a five star review. It was far from great. After placing the order, you deal with logistics /delivery for orders. There is not ownership /customer satisfaction care for the whole order. I dealt with a number of coordinators in delivery who did a poor job at best. In addition, I had to send a piece back. They simply refinished it, they would not replace it. And nobody wanted to talk to me on the phone about my dissatisfaction. The original agent continued to pass me off. I guess you get what you pay for. Next time I will order local where relationship matters even if 10% more expensive.

First time Unilocaling but I wanted to spread the feedback as I believe good customer service and product deserves praise. I was referred to James Antony from a friend who suggested I at least go peruse since they have such a wide range of looks, styles etc. Right when walking in I felt comfortable and there was no aggressive salesman flying at me from all directions. It was a very calm and comfortable atmosphere which I appreciate especially after being to countless furniture stores and boutiques. After viewing the entire store which takes some time(over an hour given the size) I decided to get some help. The salesman was very personable and not pushy at all and spent nearly 2 ½ hours with me until I decided on a piece for my living room. Being that this was a big investment for me(I am not super wealthy) he took the time to answer all questions thoroughly, and proposed some good ones as well, while making me feel confident on my purchase. –MG

High quality furniture and incredible customer service in comparison to other furniture and home interior stores. Lana and Ann were excellent at listening to exactly what I was looking for and helped me every step of the way.
