Really, really like this place. Their former location further west near Marsh Ln was just blocks from my driveway which I frequented often. The two things that keep me from not going as much to this location is the bumper to bumper traffic on Belt Line during the lunch rush and the challenging parking situation. One actually has to race to beat someone else for a spot. TIP — Go after 130p! Atmosphere is very pleasant, sleek, clean lines and plenty of seating. It seems a little larger but not as bright lacking the windows at the previous location. Service was very friendly, prompt and helpful. Back to the deliciousness of Jason’s. I’ve had many of their options. Some of my favorites: French Onion Soup — Absolutely tasty with the creamy stringy Swiss Cheese in the perfectly seasoned beef broth chocked full of those tender melt in your mouth onions and that topping of crusty bread! Tomato Basil Soup — Another creamy, slightly thick soup with a hint of cream, garlic, and of course, basil. I added a dollop of sour cream right in the middle! On this visit, I indulged in the infrequent Reuben Sandwich with corned beef, Swiss cheese, thousand island dressing(extra on the side please), sans sauerkraut, on perfectly grilled Rye Bread. Couldn’t wait to get my mouth around this sandwich, piled high with the tender corned beef and cheese, no scrimping on the protein here. It was reminiscent of many visits to Cleveland OH where I enjoyed some of the best corned beef at the small family run delis. Of course, dipping each bite into the extra thousand island dressing made it even more special. I couldn’t resist adding a side salad bar. Jason’s has one of the best of these that I’ve had anywhere. I loved the Steak & Ale bar, but alas, they are RIP. Several types of greens, fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, mushrooms, garbanzo beans, green beans, pastas, potato salads, boiled eggs(an absolute must for salad) croutons, etc., you get the picture! And don’t overlook those cute delicious mini muffins! Jason’s has a fairly new item, the Caprese Panini which I can’t wait to try; anything with bright red tomatoes, thick slices of Mozzarella, spinach and basil pesto on Focaccia bread has to be delicious. Next time! As I type, I wish I was in front of that salad bar right now! Yes, Jason’s will stay in my rotation for a semi healthy late lunch, after 130p!

Great service and fresh food. Had the salad bar and broccoli cheddar soup. Husband had a side salad with the chicken panini sandwich, his fave.

I’m downgrading Jason’s Deli to TWOSTARS from the previous FOURSTARS. One of the features of Jason’s Deli is that they offer FREEICECREAM. The last time I came here with my family, the ice cream machine wasn’t working. So when we decided to have another go at Jason’s, I decided to CALLAHEADJUSTTOMAKESURETHEICECREAMMACHINEWASWORKING! They assured me over the phone that it was working so we drove over. And then after we finished dinner, the manager came over and placed an OUTOFORDER sign on the machine because it ‘stopped working’. If you ask me, this is a bunch of BS. I suspect that the machine takes a while to clean out and rather than wait until closing time at 9pm, they just use the ‘overheating’ excuse to start cleaning it out at 8pm instead and late-dining customers be damned. Sure, they offer a cookie instead but if I wanted a cookie, I’d go to McDonalds. Boo, Jason. Just BOO!

I work in an office building right behind this location, so I have gone to this Jason’s frequently for lunch. Usually I’m more than satisfied with their food, but today not so much. I ordered the original portion size of the chicken club salad, and I am pretty disappointed! The portion size is VERY small, much much smaller than when I ordered it last. And the very FEW pieces of grilled chicken were very dry and had a twig-like consistency. When I put my fork in a piece of chicken, it would break apart because it was so dry. I hope someone there reads this review and makes adjustments. Like I said, it’s convenient to my office and I have been there frequently for lunch — I don’t want to have to find a new go-to.

I ordered a CHICKEN Alfredo Pasta to go yesterday. I went home and put it away until the next day. When I took the food out to eat, I discovered that they did not put in any chicken. I called them to ask about their policy when such a thing happens. They told me not only must you take care of it on the same day, but you must bring back the food untouched for them to see. I don’t live in that neighborhood and it’s not justify to drive back there. This store has zero Customer Service and check on what you order each time, they will rip you off and refuse to take care of their mistake.

They had a great chef salad. Lots of meat and cheese. My friends that I went with both enjoyed their sandwiches. I have also had a giant baked potato at another location and it was good. I recommend this place to anyone. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. They also have free ice cream and for soft serve ice cream, it was very good as well.

Although parking can be problematic at this location in Addison, Texas, it’s worth the effort to have lunch at this establishment. Many of the menu orders are freshly prepared daily and can be made with ingredients to your individual liking. Open salad bar kept well stocked and kept extremely clean. Overall, you’ll receive top service with menu items reasonably priced! Enjoy! :)

Do not come here between 11:30 — 12:30. Parking is horrible and besides they will run your ass over to get their before you do. I liked the old location better due to the parking. Food is good but I would not recommend if you have a one hour lunch.

Don’t bother going to this location, it’s terrible. I often eat the Nutty salad for lunch down at Greenville and I LOVE it but at this place for some reason it is far from good. For one the portion is really small for the original(believe me I know) and the mix doesn’t taste like the one I’m used to. Not good at all, pass this place and drive to the one in Greenville for great service and excellent food.

I come here religiously after a hangover or when I’m really craving something healthy. The female manager is so nice and helpful she often would get the salad bar in place for me at 10am. Now that is customer service! The Muffs are awesome! I love the managers special with a salad and a muff. I’ve incorporated some humor into this but in all seriousness I love this location!

The staff here is super friendly and professional and do their job with a smile on their face. This location itself is HUGE. I’m not sure why they have so much space, but once you see JUST how much, you will understand. They have a great do-it-yourself salad bar that I always get in which you can make your own. They have so many different options that it’s impossible to make a salad that you don’t like. My one fault with this place, their meat is extremely dry. Whether it’s on a sandwich or in a salad, don’t get the meat.

I love Jason’s Deli. I usually come here for lunch. If you order the Manager’s special with the half a sandwich and the side salad bar, I think you get the best deal. Just have them wrap your sandwich and chips up to-go and enjoy the delicious and fresh salad bar. The salad bar has hardboiled eggs, which can serve as your protein and keep you full. Plus, they added a caprese side with fresh tomatoes and mozarella to top on your salad. Yum! Save room for soft served ice cream :) #lunchforundertenbucks & #freedinner(leftover sandwich :)

I had the worst experience @ the Jason’s on the parkway. My BF and I were in a Jason’s mood so I mentioned the Beltline location. He agreed. Walked in totally difference atmosphere. Clean friendly the salad bar was fully loaded. Everything was awesome…

Being a disabled military veteran myself, when I see a homeless veteran on the streets, I try to help him/her out. Today I decided to get them a nice meal at Jason’s Deli on Belt Line rd in Dallas. I explained to the manager my intent & asked if there was any kind of military discount. On top of the fact that he couldn’t offer me any form is discount, he was also very dis concerned & off putting. Not only will I not return to this specific Jason’s Deli, I won’t be returning to any. I will suggest to all my law enforcement friends that they take their business elsewhere as well. It was very un America of them.

First time having Jason’s Deli the other day they ordered it for lunch at my job. I had the salmon-wich. It has guacamole and lettuce tomato some type of aioli and the best tasting herb focaccia. I devoured it lets just say. A friend of mine had the nutty salad which apparently was pretty good. There were some little cornbread bites and also some cookies. Everything was excellent and this will def be my new lunch spot during the week

The sandwich was okay but I’m a fan of the service and the free ice cream! I ordered«The Italian». In fact, I went to 4 different sandwich shops in search of my idea of an Italian sandwich and the closest thing I found was here. It’s not on the menu but apparently it used to be. There was a contest and an employee invented«The Italian» just so that one day, after it was no longer on the menu, I could walk in and feel at home. It was tasty but could have used more spice and better bread. I don’t remember which meats were on it, but I remember the yummy banana peppers and mozzarella cheese along with your standard lettuce and tomatoes. It also came with Italian dressing. For me, the most exciting part was discovering the free ice cream station. It’s nothing fancy but it is free and I do heart ice cream. Even if you order to go, you can take advantage of the free vanilla, chocolate, or swirl soft serve and top it with chocolate fudge. Other: –They also have a very nice salad bar. –The chocolate chip cookie was just okay(coming from someone who usually only likes peanut butter cookies and Oreo cookies). –The strawberry shortcake looks like the next thing I will try and there will be a next time. –This store now offers free wifi even though there are only about 4 or 5 outlets. –I also ordered a muffaletta and it wasn’t the best I’ve had but something about that toasted bread sure caught my attention. The bread though ended up being the most enjoyable part of the sandwich and I usually like to skip the bread.

So I’ve been to Jason’s Deli three times this week. On every occasion, both Plano and Addison, someone has stopped by my table at least twice to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my dining experience. Twice, I dined alone with my 4 year old and 4 month old. Both times, an employee rushed to hold the door open for me(saw me struggling in with a stroller). Once, a manger noticed I was holding my baby, monitoring my child eat her veggies, while eating myself. He was concerned and offered if there was any way he could help me. That was the sweetest gesture ever! Five stars for their prices, freshness, and hospitality!

This location is clean and has plenty of parking and seating. Yes, it gets full at lunch, but you can find something. I love the automated ordering system for the salad bar. It is a great idea, and helps turns tables faster. I believe it was around $ 8.00, and they had plenty of options. Plus it is always fresh.

Jason’s Deli is my favorite place to eat EVER! And not just this Jason’s Deli, but any and every Jason’s that I’ve been to has been consistent and delicious whether in Addison, Dallas, Fort Worth, or Atlanta– it’s always been the same great experience. Back when I had a job that required me to power walk for most of the day(yay free calories!), I would eat at Jason’s Deli almost every day for lunch. The cashiers knew my name. I became a professional at driving back to work down the highway while eating a swirl ice cream cone. I had so many free cookie coupons I could have brought 2 dozen cookies to the office Christmas party. My favorite thing to get is the Manager’s Special which is a half sandwich with 2 sides. I usually get fruit and chips as my sides, but you can get vegetables or soup too. My favorite sandwiches are the Santa Fe Chicken and the California Club. They both have guacamole… I like the way they put guacamole on things here. I love that Jason’s doesn’t have a begging tip jar out and it’s obvious that you just leave your plate when you’re done and someone comes to pick it up. Everyone is always friendly. Soups, salads, sandwiches, strawberry shortcake, carrot cakes, cookies, sweet tea, and a free ice cream at the end of your meal… what’s not to love?! I’m addicted to Jason’s Deli.
