I had a impact from a rock to windshield. I brought car to them and they took care of me right away. They took it right in and was done very fast. Would recommend using Liberty.

My car had a cracked windshield and I took it to this place, was hard to find but was so worth it!!!
This guys know how to treat their costumes.

Awesome! Had to replace my entire windshield. Liberty ordered the replacement windshield overnight, and I set up an appointment to come in the next day. After 90 minutes, I drove away with a great new windshield!
From the outside, Liberty’s new digs in Addison admittedly looked a little shady. It’s kind of like this warehouse sort of building which is shared with a few other businesses. No big signs — I had to ask a guy which door they were at. Inside, it was fine enough. There’s a waiting room with a couch, free wifi, and a restroom. What more would I need? The service — the important thing — was great. Liberty was professional and respectful the whole time. They easily worked around my schedule changes and worked with my insurance.
Glad I found Liberty thru these Unilocal reviews, and I’m glad to add another positive review for them :)

the stars don’t lie — this place is as fantastic as everyone said it was. called late yesterday afternoon, got an appt for this morning, and left an hour & a half later with a brand new sparkly windshield! if you’re looking for a fancy-​schmancy place with coffee & tvs, get over yourself and come here anyway. the customer service couldn’t be nicer, and the prices are competitive. plus, i was quoted the exact final price when i made the appointment — unlike the shady place i found closer to home *coughgerbercough* that kept changing it and then blamed me for the discrepancy.

I had a cracked window replaced on my 2001 Jeep which required Liberty to order the parts. Instead of waiting for them to be delivered– they went out and found the windshield and the molding the same day I called. This in itself is exceptional service. They replaced it at below cost of other places and notified me that their service comes with a lifetime warranty. I didn’t think much about that but a couple months later I was driving on the highway over 50 and heard a loud whistling coming through the seam in the newly installed windshield. I called them and Nabil (the owner) apologetically told me that he will personally come in to the shop anytime I can get there to ensure that the problem is rectified. He also ordered a new windshield in case he broke the other when trying to replace the seal.
I brought it in several weeks later and Nabil did the removal and re-​instillation himself at no charge. It was done extremely well and at no cost, (except obviously my time) Overall, I am very satisfied.
It is hard to find businesses that take pride in their work these days but this is one of the rare ones. They are loyal to their customers and as a customer I will be loyal to them. Don’t go anywhere else– FYI they also do auto upholstery and they are now in Addison, IL. 1550 Fullerton, Suite D.

Stupid rock hit my windshield and cracked it! Started off small (less than a quarter size) and within an hour spread!!! Had no idea of where to go, so I relied on Unilocalers to see me through this crisis.
Although this establishment is 40 minutes from my house, the reviews were overwhelmingly positive. I called and talked to the owner, and he was able to get me in the same day.
Replacing the windshield took less than an hour. The owner is exceedingly professional and positive, and wants to ensure that quality, care, and attention to detail is put into his work and my vehicle. The price was very reasonable, he explained what he did, and answered all my random questions. I left satisfied and happy!
Although I hope to never deal with another cracked windshield, I would definitely return here if it did happen. I love supporting local businesses – even if it isn’t so local for me – with honest owners who believe in customer service and quality work.

Got a chip in the windshield of my one week old car sports car. Called Liberty Glass that afternoon and they came to my house the next day, Saturday morning, and did a great job repairing it. The repair is only visible a bit from the inside, and they saved me the cost of replacing the windshield. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I decided to call Liberty Glass Techs after reading the many positive reviews that had been posted about their excellent work, outstanding customer service and professional attitude. My experience using them this past weekend was everything that I had read… and more!
Their service was quick and they treated my wife and I with the utmost courtesy. In a day when simply making money is good enough for most businesses, Liberty really wants their clients to be satisfied and goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome and appreciated.
Word of mouth is an ideal way to spread the news about a business that you have been impressed by. I fully intend to tell those I know who might need Liberty’s services about them.

Excellent service and very fast. They took my car in the same day I called and they were done in a couple hrs. Windshield was reasonably priced as well.

I was fortunate to be able to call the guys and have them squeeze me in that very morning. The work took between 45 minutes and an hour, and when they were done they explained what they did and how it fixed the chip in my windshield. I took my vehicle to their location, but do think it would be easier to have them come to you, as the office was a little rough. I’ll take a rough office though when the work is done well. Very happy with the work they did.

This place is great. It is a small independent shop that is focused on good customer service. At the beginning of the year, my windshield cracked. I called Liberty on a Monday morning. They were a lot cheaper than I expected and were able to replace my windshield later that afternoon. Fast forward three months later and I go to get in my car and see that the rubber seal around the windshield was coming off. I called the next day. Since I had to be in the office and my wife just had surgery, I asked if they could come to my house to fix it. They were great about it. They came out to my house the next day at the time they said the would. They didn’t do just a quick patch job with glue but replaced everything: glass, seal and all! They definitely stand by their products.

These guys really helped me out when I had some unexpected hidden damage under the windsheld. Their staff courted the car around to a number of placed to get estimates saving me a TON of a agnst and time. Highly recommended

I had scheduled an appointment with a different local business a week in advance to replace my windshield. The appointment was set for 8:00 am, but I received a phone call at 7:55 am saying the order they placed the NIGHT BEFORE did not get to the shop on time. I didn’t even bother calling back. Instead, I came across Liberty Glass Techs. And boy am I glad I did.
I was scurrying to find a place that would take me with such short notice, especially on a Saturday. Most places I talked to only worked until noon or had to schedule a week in advance. Liberty Glass Techs was able to get me in the shop by 11am. The owner was very approachable and friendly. The windshield install took less than 45 minutes. It comes with a lifetime warranty. They are very easy to work with and will come to you if need be. I would recommend Liberty Glass Techs to anyone.

I found this place via Unilocal after Safelight couldn’t accommodate and I’m happy that I did.
I called to set up an appt for a chipped windshield and they were able to take me the same day. Professional and friendly, they stand by their work, and very reasonable. They can come to you but since they are open until 7pm, I was able to go after work.
I would definitely go back (if I need to) and would recommend to others.

Nabil gave me a a good deal on a glass replacement. It was NOT the best price in town, however it was competitive. I went to him because he was very professional on the phone. I told him I was driving from downtown and he gave me a discount on the glass replacement.
The place was a bit makeshift, they are still setting and fixing up their garage areas. The waiting room was small. However, Nabil and his son were very accommodating. I would drive 40 minutes to go back because they seem like good wholesome people.

I am extremely happy with the service and craftsmanship I received from Liberty Glass Techs. My windshield was smashed in a storm a couple weeks back and had to get a new windshield installed ASAP. I called Liberty and they were honest and quick with their estimate. I called Nabil on Monday morning and he was there that afternoon to replace my windshield. Nabil is a great guy who stands by his work 100%. Very honest and easy to work with. I would recommend him and Liberty Glass Techs to any of my friends or family.

My windshield was broken & I called Liberty Glass. They were able to come to me faster than anyone else I called. Good price had all the right professional equipment needed. He even vacuumed all the shards of glass out of the defroster & off of the seats. Molding around windshield is guaranteed against leaks. Did a great job & was in & out quickly. Would definitely call again & would recommend to anyone.
