I have referred a number of my clients to Logix since 2000. They are the best phone/Internet company around and their service has been impeccable. When I test their Internet circuits, the latency is always below 7ms, and the bandwidth is often more than promised. If you happen to be in one of their«Smart Buildings,» where they have a fiber presence, choosing them for service is a no-brainer. It’s a lot of bandwidth for the money. Logix keep in contact through out the install process and once installed the speeds have been great, so much better than AT& T. I highly recommend Logix and their rep Jim Andrews.

Please stay away from this company. We got stuck with a 2 year contract and NEVER get the speed we pay for. Most recently our service went down and I called to see what was going on. The tech told me they were aware of the problem. I asked for a ticket number and the tech said there’s no ticket since they already know the issue exists. I asked if I would get a refund — I was told yes, call back after service is back and we will issue a refund. A week later service was back but not up to the speed. I called for the refund, was told I would be called back. Never got a call back. Called back again and they refused to issue a refund since there wasn’t a ticket number! Scam company that gets you into a contract and then doesn’t provide the service you pay for. Our 15⁄5 internet is 5⁄1. They never fix it and keep saying the speed is fine on their end.
