Too bad the service was complete trash because the food was great! If it was not for the food, I wish I could give 0 stars for staff. They were so rude, left us with empty drinks most of the night, then proceeded to tell my sister in law she could not get another alcohol beverage when she had only had one! She is a loyal customer with point perks & the way they treated her and us in general disgusted me. Luckily I am pregnant or I would have had a very heated discussion with our treatment that night. We spent tooo much money to be treated as if we were low class by waiters who do not even make good $$. Only if they knew that my sister in law usually tips at least $ 20 but that night I would not allow her to leave more than $ 5 due to the horrible service, just disgusting. We did not order difficult orders nor were we rude, well until the end after getting fed up! I will sadly never go back here again due to the staff.

Came here with my friends and sat at the bar the other night after a long day at work. The service was terrible. The bartender obviously wasn’t having it because she looked like she rolled out of bed and didn’t care to greet us or give menus to us. And when we sat at the bar, they didn’t care to clean up the used plates/cups laying around. My friends and I are all servers so we didn’t really care at first but after I asked her for a round of waters it took servers about 10 minutes for those to come out. We then asked for a round of shots and those also took a long time to come out. Did she ask if we wanted any other food or drinks? NO. She didn’t. She took our boyfriend’s orders but didn’t ask me or my 2 other girlfriends what we wanted. Every time we needed something we had to get her attention. It took a while for her to come to us and take out orders. I ordered waffle fries and spicy ranch wings and they came out a little cold, like it’s been sitting out for a while and they forgot to run the food. Long story short, we were all over being there because the service was terrible to begin with. Unfortunately they never let us know when it was last call or asked it if we wanted to order any more drinks/food before they closed. We usually love sitting at the bar but that was a terrible experience because of the terrible service and we don’t plan on coming back anytime soon.

Apparently Pluckers has been scamming us for years! My friends and I often come to Pluckers to have some wings and drinks while watching a game or playing Trivia. After this last experience I’m not sure if I’ll go back. A small group of us were at a table ringing up a sizable bill while watching a bowl game. A buddy and I had moved on from beer to simple cocktails. After a couple rounds the waitress asked if we’d like doubles… Sure. Unfortunately the next drinks came out as singles again. This wasn’t a big deal until we got our bill and had been charged for doubles. We asked our waitress about it who sent over their manager, Rachel, who proceeded to explain how their shots and drinks are only 1 oz so a double is only 2 oz and thus unnoticeable. However,(and this is where it gets good) we could«go next door to a real bar if we wanted real drinks.» Yeah, so apparently I’ve been paying full price for 2⁄3 the product for the last few years. She did nothing to salvage the situation and after a week I still haven’t had a reply to the email I wrote their corporate office. Anyone know anywhere else I’ll be able to find wings, vodka, and sports?

They have great wings, great fries, great drinks, great atmosphere. Tvs in every angle, great spot to chill and watch sports games. Service not so much. Make sure you get their early because their is always a wait, not too long but you will be waiting for a bit. But overall good place to hangout.

I’ve been this Pluckers location twice. I’d like to give less stars for the service, but I give three stars because I obviously keep returning. In fact I’m going tonight for a third time to celebrate my birthday. But what I will tell you is that it is NOT the service that keeps me coming back. If I didn’t enjoy the atmosphere so much I wouldn’t have returned the times I have. First occurrence: I found something in my beer. Like a piece of food or something; regardless of what it was the manager had no regard to it. The server got me a new beer, the manager delivered the beer but without an apology or anything? I’ve worked as a server for 3+ years and I know I wouldn’t have been okay with the delivery that management provided. WASHYOURMUGSBETTER Second occurrence: this time my dishes were clean… The service still was awful though. My waitress had not a single suggestion when I asked about their signature cocktail drinks. Even if she was underage, she could’ve mentioned the most popular drinks. I ordered one anyways, and ended up finishing it before my meal came out. I never saw our waitress again. I ate my entire meal without a beverage. I finally went to the bar and ordered myself a drink. The waitress delivered it, once again with no apology for the poor service. I never saw her again. My husband and I waited 45 minutes to see her to ask for the ticket. Management was walking around too, and even though both mine and my husband’s eyes were wandering around in search of our waitress, we were never checked on. I finally went to the car because I couldn’t be patient anymore. My husband dragged down the manager for our bill and took care of our ticket. I love pluckers wings. So hopefully this location will get it together. I will update my review after tonight.

Other than being a little packed from bingo night, the wait wasn’t even that long. I can imagine this place getting packed during prime hours but I went a little later in the evening. Food was great and alcohol was also great. I will always enjoy the wings here with the baker’s gold. Also the fried pickles come in spears and the the fried macaroni is so good. Just saying… good stuff. Would come back to this place again.

Insanely delicious wings!!! Great spot to chill and watch the game, any game. Yohanna was my server and she was on it! Got me everything I wanted quick and provided a service with a smile, which is always good to feel while away from home. I got the 24 oz Shiner and couldn’t have been happier. The only reason it got a 4 out of 5 was that the 2nd round of wings were dry and over-cooked. Not sure if the cook changed but I’m definitely going back this Sunday for the games.

I love Pluckers! If you don’t like it well then you’re just weird. It’s amazing. End of story. Okay I’m hungry and thinking about Pluckers. So I guess I’m really hyping them up right now, but irregardless. I came in the day after Halloween, and I was a bit hungover to say the least. The waitress was awesome, and helpful. Not pushy at all. Even though it was packed because it was football Sunday. She even felt some pity for me and brought over some chocolate milk to help the indigestion. After a couple of swigs and watching everybody eat the deliciousness for about thirty minutes I was ready to attempt to tackle the monster wings basket. I got the garlic Parmesan that has to be mixed with a hot sauce to be wet. However, even when going with the mild sauce it didn’t have much of a garlic parmesan flavor. I was a bit let down because they used to have an awesome garlic paremesan wet sauce. However, the honey BBQ or something was pretty amazing. Also, this location for some reason only has fried pickle wedges. Which I found a bit odd because normally I always get the fried pickle chips. Reluctantly I tried one, and they are amazing! They have a sweet flavor that makes them taste totally different than the regular fried pickles that I’m used to. Even suffering from the night before Plucker’s was delicious. We continued to sit for another hour to watch our game and the manager made sure the Saint’s were on some screens for us even though it went into over time and everybody was coming in to watch the Cowboys game. Great service and great food. Always love Plucker’s!

The bf and friend loves it here. Sadly, our most recent experience has turned my first time here into my last time here. We were seated immediately upon arrival. The place was not too packed when we entered. Our server greeted us and brought our drinks. Fried Cheese $ 7.50: Basically a bigger chunk of mozzarella stick. Yummy! Fried Pickles $ 4.00: Half order. 3 long slices. The guys were expecting round sliced than long. $ 10 Lunch Combo: 10 wings with a side. We picked tater tots and waffle fries as we had two orders. Lemon Pepper and Buffalo Hot. The lunch combo came out funny. Let’s call them Combo 1 and Combo 2. Combo 1 came with Teriyaki and Buffalo Hot with sides of blue cheese and ranch and 4 sticks of celery. Combo 2 came with Teriyaki and Buffalo Hot with just a side of ranch. Another waitress came by because she was helping the table by us. She told us what we actually got and went to check with our server. She came back and said our waiter misheard something about«Dr. Pepper» instead of «Lemon Pepper.» How did that make any sense? If he had heard«Dr. Pepper,» where is the Dr. Pepper? Would he not have brought it to the table? Where did Teriyaki even come from? After we finally got that sorted out, we asked for our check. Our friend paid for lunch and this will teach him to read the check before paying. Our waiter charged us an extra $ 10 for the correct lunch combo we never received. Nice going.

So pluckers is a famous chicken food chain, and my friends kept talking about it so I came here to check it out. I went a Wednesday which is their famous night for Trivia! As an appetizer I got fried pickles and their waffle fry appetizer– I definitely recommend the fried pickles(they are so good!) and then I got their bone in buffalo mild sauce and my friends got their boneless chicken in a variety of sauces. Beware– if they say it’s spicy it usually is! The mild wasn’t bad at all, but the Asian flavors tended to be on the spicier side! Also, if you ever go ask for Lo, she was an awesome server and very nice! Their wings weren’t out of the ordinary, but the sauces were good. My only comment is that I wish trivia night was a little louder because that’s why the place was filled, but it was really hard to hear at times.

Pluckers never disappoints. By far the best wings I’ve ever had. Waited about 30 minutes on a Friday night to get a seat. Loud atmosphere, lots of televisions tunes to sports, great wings. Try the Buffalo Hot. If you’re adventurous, try at least 5 Fire in the Hold. I’ve tried them twice… and almost been brought to tears both times. The original is in Austin, but Pluckers is doing a fine job with their DFW area stops.

My favorite chain-wing place. The staffand food is consistent here. The new mangonero(mango harbenero) flavor is my new favorite. The baker’s gold is also pretty good. Our server, Joseph, was also very good. Always ask to sit at his table and your meal experience will be more enjoyable.

Best wing bar ever! Love how much meat you get. And the quality of the food is excellent. We shared the sampler appetizer and a salad. They have a good assortment of channels playing so my husband and I were both entertained watching sports and the Crossfit games. Only problem is this location doesn’t seem as clean as the others. The paper towel roll on our table had lots of BBQ fingerprints on it. We also had to prompt them for plates and ranch. They don’t really anticipate your needs. But hey, it’s a wing bar.

1st time here back in December the food and service was awesome! The 2nd time we came here we ordered wings to go And and they were practically dry and they gave us fries instead of the smothered fries we had ordered and payed extra for. The 3rd time we came here we got our wings and they were also dry. I immediately asked the waiter for a side of sauce and after waiting 10 minutes I asked again. I Finally got my sauce and well now my wings are cold. I looked around at everyone else’s wings and everybody had dry wings. So here’s my question, Is this a hot wings restaurant or a fried chicken restaurant cause I’m really confused?

DONOTCOMEHERE, I love Pluckers. I have worked for Pluckers and dined at MANY locations. After eating at this location my boyfriend and I became SO sick. Woke up puking… and all that other gross stuff you know about. Even a day later we still feel like death, I have never in my life eaten somewhere that has made me SO so sick. Will never be back here dissapointed.

Lunch visit, noon, seven televisions per person. My wings — 5 hot and 5 medium. Neither were spicy. Rather than being tossed in sauce they were laying in a pool of it, with grease separating. Strange. Meat was dry. A couple of bones were broken, indicating a low quality supplier. Dining Companion’s wings — She found the lemon pepper wings way too lemony but said the sesame wings were good. Blue cheese dressing — large chunks, acceptable. Tots — included as a side. Huge order. Really good. Tots are tough to screw up. Iced tea — Not the freshest, but drinkable. Did not need a refill as they serve it in a quart glass. Service — going through the motions. Having eaten at the one near Austin’s West Campus, I was expecting a little more.

I’m surprised I haven’t written a review for this place yet! I love Texas businesses and fully support this one. The wings are crispy, the wet and dry sauces are great and the service is the best I’ve seen at a «wing joint.» They have fun event themed nights throughout the week that are fun to go with friends, I especially recommend wingo! The drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic are good. My favorite wings are the mild, gold rush and spicy ranch. The wings come seasoned with sauces or dry rubs I guess is what you call them. I’m a fan of both. Plus if you want any sides with any of the sauces on them you can get it too. Must try the spicy ranch fries. I’m a bone-in type of wing girl so I haven’t tried the boneless but I hear they’re just as good. The boneless pieces are bigger and a bit more in cost. Appetizers and desserts are a must here. I recently discovered the best friend pickles I’ve ever had. At Pluckers they give you fried pickle spears that are not too sour, a hint of sweet and that satisfying crunch or snap of the pickle when you take a bite. This time it took a bit long to come out so the manager stopped by telling us she would take care of the cost. This appetizer was already free with my pluckers card(more deets below) but I appreciated her nonetheless. Now dessert… If u like fried Oreos or fried Twinkies you can find them here served with the typical scoop of ice cream. Delicious! Let’s not forget about the sides. I always default to get the Tatar tots because well elementary school conditioned me to love them haha. The sweet potato fries here are good too and if you like Mac n cheese then you’ve got two options holy Mac which is the fried version and Mac in cheese in its glorious«normal» state for all you cheesers. The pluckers card is a membership where you pay a one time fee to get certain benefits including the one mentioned above where you get a free appetizer with purchase of two meals. The incentive changes periodically so it’s not always the same. This place also has salads, burgers and a few other options if you don’t want wings but come on… order the wings! It’s a nice sports bar atmosphere with tons of screens and a full bar so I will be coming back. Fan since 2010(super long I know ;)

We probably received one of the best services at a restaurant. The waiter was very friendly and energetic and offered suggestions. This place just opened, and there is plenty of room, and it wasn’t as packed as I thought it would be. It’s probably because this location is fairly new. This place is a perfect spot to watch any kind of sports events as they have SEVERALTV’s around the restaurant. They also air many different games at the same time. As for the food, I recommend the wings over the boneless wings. The waiter recommended the mac n cheese, but it was nothing that stood out. IF you want to go bad, go for the waffles fries tossed in one of the sauces. Spicy ranch and garlic parmesan are 2 of my favs. The buffalo hot is really spicy if you’re into spicy, but I would recommend the medium if you want to enjoy it without downing gallons of water after every bite. They have salads and sandwiches here if you’re not wanting wings. I will definitely come back when I’m in the area. They have a good happy hour, and it looks like kids eat free on Tuesdays!
