Horrible customer service! They make a mistake and instead of apologizing and trying ti help you out, they rudely blame on you.

They are great. The staff was very helpful and made the experience very pleasant. I rented a truck and a storage space and I could not have been happier. I will always use them when I need a truck.

Richardson, TX
We had ½ our house in storage here and most of it was recently stolen from this facility. The location seems secure, with a gate that requires a code, but security cameras are only located at the entrance, and they DO NOT CHECK the padlocks on the units in a timely manner to ensure they have not been compromised. The people who stole our stuff took their time going through our belongings. Makes me sick to my stomach.

I had a unit at this location in excess of two years and this is a great facility. Brandon, the property manager, is a superb at finding the perfect unit for your needs. The location is very secure with security cameras and an on-​site manager.
This property has parking spots, office space, and Penske trucks for rent in addition to all standard self storage sizes.
