I have purchased 3 Jon Renau wigs. I fell in love with one specific model but it was made in average size only. I have a large head so the wig was always too snug and uncomfortable. I phoned the Jon Renau company and they recommended Carol for any alterations. On my first visit, she and her husband were very friendly, helpful and professional. She took my wig and enlarged the fit while I waited but in the meantime, she taught me so much about how to care for it and sold me two great products to maintain. I mentioned I had damaged my first two wigs when I exposed them to that little burst of heat that happens when you open the oven door. When this happened, I was told they were ruined and to just throw them away –which I did. I told Carol about my frizzled wigs and she said she knew how to restore them. Oh, if only I had known the first one could have been saved, I would have saved a lot of money, time and heartbreak. She’s a miracle worker. I would highly recommend her for any wig care!

This place is the best! I did a little research online and came across this business due to their selection and popular name brands. While I was there I was able to try on many different wigs and the owners made some great recommendations in which I appreciated and purchased. There was no pressure or high sales techniques, but true passion for the industry and for helping women that are suffering from various degrees of hair loss. They also showed me many options aside from wigs that I had never heard of and I was able to find the perfect solution for my needs. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for quality options, great customer service and reasonable prices.
