The manager made a mistake and charged me for a whole month, rather then the half month I was promised. When I pointed it out, he was apologetic and refunded me entirely, even for the half month I was supposed to pay. I think this shows great customer service on his part and I would hope to do business with him in the future.
Also– the unit I rented was very spacious, indoor, clean, and well maintained. Would recommend for the price.
