When we first got this service it was okay but then after time I have seen a huge change! We pay for 110 mps at first we were getting 100−110mps! I notice when the Internet starts to get slower so I have been taking a speed test everyday for the last month! I took an average and I’m getting 43mps! I have called and complained and this is what happens. They«refresh my router» that’s it! My speeds go back up for a few days then they drop back to around 50mps. Why am I paying for 110 when I’m only getting 50mps??? I feel like I’m being ripped off! I feel like I’m only getting half of what I pay for!

Since were in the rural area, D&P is really our only option. We purchased the 4.0 Mbps package, but have never seen anything close to that. We’re mostly between 1.0−1.5 Mbps on a good day. Upload speeds on a good day are usually .5 Mbps but you’ll see days with .03 as a high. We’d love to get rid of D&P and fine an actual high speed connection, but I don’t see that happening for some time to come.

Fantastic! D&P advertised 110MBPS download. I am getting — through my router 107MBPS. Upload speed is 23MBPS. Can’t argue with that can you? Compare to Frontier DSL which was 3.5MBPS download(they promised 10 I think) and 0.25MBPS upload. Pathetic! They started out with at about 8.5MBPS and then after a couple weeks I was lucky to hit 4MBPS! This was after they begged for me to stay with them! Well finally I switched. I wish I would have done it sooner! D&P came out, installed the equipment quickly an efficiently. The installer was knowledgeable and professional. They arrived around the time they said they would — a little earlier actually. I’m so happy! I’ll update later if anything changes but, freak’n awesome so far…
