I’ve been taking vehicles here for years. Last time was right before that cold snap. Once it got below 20 °F my windshield wiper fluid froze! Which is totally aggravating as it caused me to drive with dirty windshield! They used to vacuum car and trunk but not anymore. Good popcorn and they give wash coupons but Premium is not only their name but what you pay:(

I’ve been taking my vehicles here for a few years; over the past six months, the upselling and outright misleading tactics have been getting worse. The old «your air cleaner’s filthy and should be changed every 15,000 miles» line. While I was there, I heard the manager tell another customer that there was sludge build-​up in her van and she should have the engine flushed. Another common, unnecessary upcharge. I won’t be going back.
