Bermuda Run Country Club Dining Services

Had the breakfast buffet at West last Sunday and it was really good! Full salad bar, desserts, biscuits, gravy, grits, bacon, eggs — all excellent. Had a spicy Bloody Mary that was a work of art as well as delicious. They have also added a tapas menu with four or five items which can be ordered from the kitchen in addition (but included in the price of) the brunch buffet. When we were therea couple of the selections were pork tenderloin benedict, beef filet and cheese grits — but unfortunately we didn’t order any because the waiter did not explain the concept. The chef came out after we were done eating and asked if we had ordered from the tapas addition menu, and we said no. He then explained how it worked and we were really sad that we didn’t know it was included. So while the staff is doing much better, there is still room for improvement!
